Avoid at all cost. My vehicle was owned for less than a year!! Pics can be provided if the manager tries to deny this posting. I brought my vehicle in for some rock chips on the passenger door and rear fender, as well as a single window replacement. After 3 weeks I went to retrieve my vehicle but there was new damage (a massive scratch in my hood) and many flaws in the new paint. Gave them the opportunity to fix it again and a week later I picked up a vehicle with mostly good paint, but damage all over my vehicle. Dented my hood, used polishing compound on my driver side mirror (scratched to hell), my interior was filled with white over spray somehow (my vehicle is green), scratched hard top, and so much more damage! When I brought up the damage, manager offered to cover my vehicle getting re buffed and fully detailed at a different shop. Went to get that done and the shop didn't know they were performing that much work and refused me, told me to come back in a week. I detailed the interior myself and brought the vehicle back for the external detail. Through so much headache, I did receive my funds back. Unfortunately, the funds I receive back will not cover the repairs for all of the damage suffered. I will need to replace my entire hood to get the dents out. I replaced my mirror and half of my hardtop and ran out of funds. There's still flaws in the paint!! I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this shop to anyone. Good thing I was able to borrow a car from work, because I was told it would only take a week. It took over a month! Avoid at all cost.

Eddy @ Proper Auto is amazing!! Eddy and his team did a great job and replacing and repairing multiple items on my 2015 Altima. Eddy was up front and honest about all the work that needed to be done! The paint is a perfect match for a car that is over 10 years. The quality of work is second to none. I highly recommend them!! 5 stars is not enough!!
