Brandon comes to one of their mobile locations where I work and he's always done a good job with my cars. If there are some spots that need a little more wiping down or cleaning, he's always been pleasant about making the corrections. INI have no complaints forthe quality of their work for a reasonable price.

Found them on the internet with great reviews. Decided to give them a try and I was totally impressed. They took there time and detailed the hell out of my truck. They actually called me to inform me that the detail will take a little longer due to water spots they need to remove. Now that's customer service.

Spent extra money for them to remove water spots and when I showed up there were water spots all over and windows weren’t clean. So I waited there while they cleaned windows with somewhat of an attitude. Then 20 min later I get into car and turn it on and they left the wiper lever on so the wipers came in automatically and smeared the window. They threw hands up like it was my fault. But it get worse.. after getting home it was dark but next day I come out and one of they’re chemicals have EATEN THREW MY PAINT!!! This car is less than 3 months brand new!! I really hope it’s not a hassle to have them repaint my car.

I've never been to a auto detailer before and never thought that I would go because I thought a car wash would be cheaper and easier.... I was totally wrong! My wife got on me about my 1989 Nissan Truck that has over 400,000 miles on it and I was going to give it to my father in law as a gift because it runs great and is a nice little truck but it was in need of a through and detailed cleaning. My wife had heard from a neighbor about this place and it was above and beyond what I ever expected in regards to a auto detail place. Carlos is the owner and his team of car detailing professionals not only made my little truck look almost brand new they went above and beyond to help me in making my little truck from a old looking truck to a really good looking old truck... my wife is happy and I"m happy and the price was like $100 which was a deal in that they did a lot of work and it was totally worth it, Plus I gave the guy who did the work, Julio a $20 as a little thank you tip... (These guys work hard so, it's only nice to give them a nice tip... but that goes for anyone who goes above and beyond in doing a job for you). If you are looking for a detail guy.. .this is the place.. I'll be bringing in my Lexus 450 GS here soon along with my other cars and trucks... Carlos runs a great shop and you won't be disappointed. thanks Carlos for all the great work you did on my truck. :)

This place is a SCAM and very unprofessional! I took my car in to get detailed, at first I called and they priced me on the detail inside and out for $120 and when I got there they changed the pricing 2 times on me. At last he charged me $150 for outside detail. I dropped off the car around 11am and they mentioned the car will be ready by 4pm. Picking up my car I went around 3:30pm since they didn't call me which was weird. Once the guy was showing me my car the paint was all CRACKED! He said my car was dirty and once they washed it, the cracks showed more. I washed my car plenty of times and it didn't have all that! He then changed his story saying it was bc of the dealership especially for Acuras, the paint jobs aren't good and that was the second time that has happened but not their fault.. When I spoke to the owner the minute he stepped out of his car he literally started yelling at me saying its not his fault and to pay or he will keep the car keys.. I followed him since he kept walking away from me. That was very unprofessional but I didn't let him yell at me so I yelled back, he eventually agreed to lower my price but that is no where near the damaged cost I will need to fix my car, by reading the reviews this is nothing new. This is INSANE. My car got wrecked, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

I drove up, wanting a clay bar/wax. I was given a price and an ETA of 2 hours, cool! I'll wait. I get a text about 3 hours after (no big deal really) saying that it's ready. Well, once I show up, the only thing they really did to my car is wash it and coated the tires. If I had only paid for that, I would be okay with that. However, as stated before, I put in for clay bar. I checked over the car and it didn't even look like they tried, I asked directly if they had done it, they said yeah, it was rough. Err, if I can still see the dust spots and contaminants in my paint the same as before I dropped it off.. all you did was wash it. TL;DR: I paid for more service than I actually ever got close to receiving. Something I could've done myself in a fraction of the time with a fraction of the cost. Disappointed service.

This is re-post of my comments from a few months back. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. The workers ruined the finish on my car's alloy wheels. Then they had the nerve to say that the wheels were already damaged. The owner, Carlos, told me he would help me re-finish the wheels - then he stopped answering my calls. As customers, we have choices of where to get the services we need; but once you pay a business for a service, you expect them to deliver the service and to take good care of you.

I took my Honda Civic to get a full detail at pros. Honestly, Carlos and his staff did such an amazing job . Not only did I express my concern to Carlos about my car but I had so much dog hair in my seats also my car seat where very stained and looking very dull . Carlos and his staff brought my car back to life !!! I mean my car looks brand new just like when I got it from the dealership. Someone recommended this spot to me. Was impressed with the work they did. Very friendly staff. The owner waited after they were closed so that I could pick up my car. Very good price for a clay, wax and sealant. They'll even use your products if that's what you prefer. Thank you for saving me from having to drive from Downey to Manhattan Beach to get my car detailed. I have a brand new 2015 Mustang and this place has earned my trust.

AMAZING JOB! If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. My car had mold, crumbs, dirt, smelled, andspilt drinks everywhere, gunk in my center console, and these guys gave me my car back looking and smelling like new!!! I tipped because they totally deserved it. The wait was most of the day but I didn't mind at all given how dirty my car was, and how awesome they left it. The price was very reasonable for the work done. Super pleased

Hello everyone, I just bought my car less then two years ago. I took it today to Pros Auto Detailing, even though I read reviews that weren’t that great. But I said I’ll give them a chance. I went in and saw the different services they offer, I wanted to go with the $85 service. But they said I needed some paint correction to remove scratches so it’s gonna be $115. At first I was like they’re straight trying to hustle me I was skeptical but still allowed them to service my car. Worse mistake I could’ve made. They said they needed my car for a few hours so I dropped it off at 11am picked up around 3:30pm. The paint on the hood of my car was chipped all over. I didn’t see it until after I paid the $115. Worse experience for a new car owner. They tried to say it’s from rocks, yeah right. I know my car I’ve hand washed it my self since I bought it. I didn’t expect them to admit to being at fault. The owner comes in and says it’s from rocks does not even care says they’re professionals. I’ ll tell you what they are straight up THIEVES and UNPROFESSIONAL. I really wish I hadn’t taken my car here. Worst experience! They don’t even deserve a single star. I’m sure the owner will reply some BS to my review.

I left a package of raw beef in my car. It took several days for the stench to travel to the front of the car. The smell was awful! After leaving it with these guys for a few hours, there is no trace of the smell. Beyond grateful. Also, I was referred by my sis in law because they got the smell of cat urine out of her car. And they were super nice.

If I can give zero stars, I would I got the $120 service And the car was still very dirty inside you could see the dirt on the mat still stains in the center console and on top of all that the car is not even turning on I brought the car 2024 Toyota working fine. Want to come pick it up in the car is not turning on and the back doors are not opening. He even refused to give me my money back.

This place is a SCAM! Please STAY AWAY!!! I brought my car for a full detail and I paid 120 which they also stated it would cover shampoo of the carpet which they didn’t perform. The detailing was more like a $10 Car Wash you can get from a gas station! The owner is rude and unprofessional. When I Came to pick up my car it would not start . It seemed that they had my car on the whole time with the radio, which killed my battery even though it’s a 2024 Vehicle. When I spoke to the owner, he flat out told me that it is not his problem and it’s my problem. Did not even offer to jumpstart my car or even give me back my money! Honestly, the worst experience of my life would not recommend to anyone! Please be careful and stay away from this place. Cost me another $300 to jumpstart it. He even called the cops on me like it’s my fault my car broke down! He also refused to show the footage of what actually happened to my car.
