I messaged Mookie for about a week. Each time he was responsive & answered in a timely manner. When I finally had time for an appointment, he let me know he was going to be late ahead of time. Great communication. I took before & after pictures, so that's the only thing that will truly do the review justice. I got a premium package for 2 cars with waxing & polishing plus sap removal. My car was completely covered in sap, animal hair, & dirt. I was not expecting him to get so much animal hair out (dog, cat, & rabbit). I am so happy with my car. I fell in love with it again. I don't even want to let my animals on it! I will definitely use him again & will give an updated review once headlight restoration is done. His price was awesome compared to a quote I got from a detailing place in Marina Del Rey.
