Professional, courteous, and the fully automatic car wash is the absolute best! It does a much more thorough job than most other car washes and beats the pants off of the platinum car wash (1161 Wolcott St, Waterbury)!! I would highly recommend going with a monthly if you’re going to come here often it will save you quite a bit.

Got the Super wash for $16...threw the first guy $4 tip. Came out & there was another guy ready to towel dry my car. He did a great job. Pulled over to the FREE vacuums...plenty of bays. double hoses. (one for broad strokes & one for detail work AND a hose with compressed air to blow out the tight spots. They offer a bevy of free cleaning products & clean towels. There was someone emptying the trash constantly. The entire lot was clean & a pleasure to work in. For all of $25 my car is not spotless inside & out!! I WILL be back!!!

Went to this place over the past 15 years. Lived in the neighborhood and always went here. They recently changed to the purple elephant and I love how they leave their products for the customer to use after washing their vehicles. I’ve never had an issue with my car after going through their wash. My only concern is they could upgrade their vacuums. Other than that I think they are wonderful I recently moved but still go to their car wash. Keep up the good work guys!!

Terrible! They have been charging my card for over a year every time I go they don’t find my account. I get told I’m going to get a call back NOTHING. I now recently got a call back and they only wanted to reimburse me 3 months. I have went twice and wasted my time in this month the manager was unable to reimburse me she needed physical card I go back not sure what exactly she did the money still has not been reimbursed it’s a week already. She was reached again to now say to come back to get the money cash I work 2 jobs have children this cuts into my time. There no reason at all why I been getting charged for over a year monthly and unable to use my membership because my account is not coming up. Makes no sense you charging my card but you can’t find my account I’ve had to pay car washes as-well.

Great car wash with free vacuum when using the car wash. Only thing bad was I couldn't figure out how to add minutes when I swiped my card, but I can look straight at something and not see it sometimes if you know what I mean.

I’ve been a member of this car wash for sometime now. Last week the wash was closed for upgrades. So I used the pressure washer to rinse the bird poop off. Later I saw that the machine had accidentally charged me 10 instead of 5 dollars. I had called and left a message and the next morning when I looked in my account it was fixed!! They took care of a mistake promptly. Definitely renewing my membership!!

No interior wash? I’m so confused, what kind of car service is this. Also why would I go to a place where the owner is inadequate. I say this because I’m seeing the way he responds to some of these comments. No class, maybe even a closeted racist? Someone making racial comments about your employers and you say nothing? Sounds like you co-sign that behavior. I will be telling the copious amounts of people I know, not to come here. Also before the owner responds with something a long the lines of “this is a dumb review”, how about you take some actual business courses, preferably on good hospitality because this place sucks.

🚨⚠️BUYER BEWARE ⚠️🚨 6 months after canceling and still getting charged… actually increased this month 02/16/2025 to $42.53…. I canceled this on 09/16/2024 but they refuse to stop charging me and actually stated in November it was because the “accounting department” was overwhelmed They know how to contact me because he immediately called last month to ask me to take down my review but apparently has no interest in stopping to charge me I had an accident and totaled my car in September and called to cancel my monthly plan After numerous calls, 5 months later I’m still being charged $39.34 a month, charged again today. $200 and still charging for a car that’s been totaled and long gone. Good luck trying to get out of your monthly plans!!! It’s ridiculous to suggest I would buy a car wash monthly plan for a rental car and I never received any email Unfortunately I cannot attach the email I received on the 9/16 instructing me to contact the car wash directly to cancel which I did for 5 months and they attempted to get another payment 3 days in a row still in January 16-17 and 18th I also never received a refund as of today

I have been wanting to go here for some time just never got around to it. The day I am taking my car back to the dealer I go in for a quick wash. Tell me why the during the wash it beat up my car?!!!!! I came out and the back of my side mirror was off! I drove back, spoke to someone he brought it out and put it back on. I thought ok that was nice of him, thanks. I drove home got out the car and it was broke!!!! I am so angry, it is a newer car nothing wrong with it, I don’t know how this could happen. Will not be returning here ever again. I have gotten car washes before and nothing like this has ever happened. And to top it off I came out and the car was still wet! All those dry spots on the car is after the car wash. That’s a fresh picture.

Absolute trash!! Do not risk your vehicle by using this junk car wash! I was an unlimited wash member at this location with multiple vehicles on my plan. The machine scratched my new vehicle and the manager “Dean” told me he would do what he can and have the office get in touch with me within 72 hours. I never received a response. I messaged the manager after a week and then he ignored all of my messages and told the kid that works there to tell me that the mark on my car was not from their machine even though I know for a fact it was. They won’t give me a real contact number for any of the bosses above him and I am going to have to sue them now to get my vehicle fixed. They won’t even refund me the remainder of my money after canceling my plans and I refuse to risk my vehicles getting damaged again. AVOID THESE SCUMBAGS!

This place.. I was guided in car wash by their employee. First off, he wasn’t even looking at me and he was trying to wave me up to the car wash which I refuse to do until he’s paying attention . Young man points right, I maneuver right and immediately shred my tire. This kid didn’t even notice, I come out the other end with a full flat front tire and walk around to let them know. Older guy says the entire thing is on video and will get a call from customer service. It’s been over 24 hours and $250 for a tire. Horrible experience. Would love a call from customer service. I have a wash package and have been using them for years. $35 a month for YEARS! Do you need the decency of calling me.

Last time I came in to do a self wash the owner helped me he gave me change because the timer ran out and I needed more time. After the owner saw my shirt that said "jesus dropped the charges " he opened the machine flicked a switch and gave me a free 5 minutes. Was very nice of him. After I finished i realized I should have just got a membership. My experience was top notch. After a bad experience with platinum car wash. I think I will be giving purple elephant a try for the memberships. All the staff were nice . And I couldn't have been happier.
