Skip and his mechanics alway do a great job no matter what service I need. They do oil changes quickly and always are willing to check out any other issue my car has. I also enjoy the chats with Skip while I wait.

This place has the three key essentials- knowledgeable mechanics, work done in a timely manner and at a fair price. A truly pleasant experience.

I took my 2018 Nissan Titan 2wd here for a rack and pinion, charged me $1888 for the job, it included -power wash -power steering fluid -"auto shop suupplies" ??🤷♀️ -alignment -labor and some other auto shop repair stuff, although they did a really good job and of course it was too pricey for me to pay that much, but it is a must need to get done issue, a recommended auto repair shop to go to if you live in the area

Skip is a quality guy. The man is honest and is upfront about what he can and cannot do. I have enjoyed both experiences I have had with QA. I feel he is fair and upfront with his prices. He calls when there are other issues. I will continue to be a return customer

I took my 2016 F150 in because it had an oil leak. I could not pin point where the leak was coming from, so, I decided to take it to Quality Auto Repair in Nicoma Park. They were friendly and seemed knowledgeable. They kept it overnight and I paid roughly $350 to have the leak fixed. Seemed very reasonable to me. They replaced a vacuum brake booster pump. It still leaked. I brought it back to them and they replaced it again for $150 cost of labor (new part was still under warranty). Still leaking. I decided to take it to a Ford dealership for a Ford certified mechanic to look at it. It ended up being a $3,500 repair because there were multiple leaks, to include the entire front end of the engine leaking. While no damage occurred to my truck due to Quality Auto techs reminding me to continuously check the oil, they still did not properly diagnose, much less fix, my engine. Not coming back in the future.

Recently bought a fixer-upper van after just moving to town. Took it here to get in inspected and a tune-up. It now it drives like a dream after just the first visit! They also gave me an itemized list on repairs that might need to be done in order of importance and urgency, then walked me through each item. I will be giving them all my business in the future and will recommend anyone I know to go there from now on. They genuinely seem like they just want to help, rather than make a quick buck.

Took my ‘07 Kia Sorento to Quality Auto Repair for brake work. We just got the car back and the brakes work better than they ever have. Mark and the team really took care of us and we are very happy with our experience.

I had been replacing parts on my old Chevy truck without the benefit of a professional scan tool. The parts stores will read the codes on our vehicle but that isn't much to go on to find the problem. I ran out of things to check or replace and figured it was time to let a professional mechanic scan and inspect my truck. They found the problem quickly and fixed my truck really fast. It runs great. The repair wasn't crazy expensive either. These guys are polite, friendly, and quickly let you know what's going on with your vehicle. I will definitely be back with more business.

The people who work here are very personable and professional. I had an issue with the quality of THE PART (not the repair), and they replaced it at no additional cost. Had an additional problem, and because it was related to the original problem, they just charged me for the part and not labor. They responded as if it was a personal failure and not a failure on the part manufactured, which it was. Great guys! Everyone is knowledgeable and explain things fairly. The prices may "seem" high, but the quality of their work and the customer service they provide is very evident and appreciated!

Do not trust these people. They gave me a 500 dollar verbal estimate for repair on my truck. I had it towed to their shop, my expense. Then they called and said the repair will be 1100 dollars. I expected the cost to exceed the estimate but not over twice as much. Now i have to pay again to tow it off their lot. This is called "bait and switch". And crooked. In their response to my review , they've decided to tell lies and half truths. I did get the year wrong but my wife informed them of this before the tow truck picked the truck up. No mention of it costing over double the original estimate. They also said that I got a estimate and then went home and tried to fix it. I worked on it months ago and decided it was more than I wanted to tackle. Why would I get an estimate, tell them that I will have it towed tomorrow and then go work on it? Update: My wife called and worked a deal of 10% off the 1100 dollar estimate, that was originally 500. The original problem is the cooling system. Specifically. the heater hose connection to the intake manifold. Then, they called me and said my truck will not start. The tow truck driver started the truck and backed it out of my driveway to load it on the wrecker. They want 100+ more dollars just to figure out why. And of course even more to fix it. Then the guy tells me he saw my negative review and said it affects his business. Retaliation? Now my truck is worse than it was and I had to pay 100 dollars more to get it towed home . These are very dishonest people.

The phrase when dealing with the new owner of this place is "lack of integrity". Skip use to run this shop well. That has now changed with the new owner. So when my car needed an oil sensor replaced. I was quoted one price I arrived after service and I was charged 100 dollars more then told on the phone. I know I personally feel I got taken advantage of. What it llooks ike is they did the wrong test and billed me for for both. If I could post a pic of the invoice i would. I really feel i was taken advantage. To close this out ladies beware of this place when you need car service since skip sold the place it is not the same and they are untrustworthy.

Took my car in recently and couldn’t have been happier with the services provided. The owner was honest about the repairs needed and didn’t try to nickel and dime me. It’s hard to find a good, honest mechanic these days! I highly recommend quality auto repair to anyone needing any work done on their cars, they’ll treat you right!

Be careful, don't expect the owner to stand by his word. When I arrived and he explained he was running behind and but he agreed to do it right away. After searching online the technician assured us that it was something he could do. He came back with a price that was more than double what he started at and $125 more than the dealership. This was an attempt at price gouging because he admitted he didn't have time to do the job. This certainly was not the "QUALITY" I expected. I understand completely that he is only human, and mistakes aren't always preventable, but in my experience, he was dishonest and unprofessional.

I’m very happy after picking up my Honda Accord that was being repaired. I was pleasantly surprised Mark called early this morning even before I finished a golf round. This was the first time using Quality Auto Repair, and I won’t hesitate to take them my future car repairs. They went over the estimate by about $100 but stuck with the estimate they provided at drop off. Mark Trail is clearly a car pro that knows his business. Thanks, Mark and staff!!!

These guys are the best. Reasonable prices, trustworthy, friendly, and knowledgeable. Turnaround time is usually great too, I had my car towed in recently and they had it diagnosed by the end of that day and fixed by the end of the next. A while back had my car in for a much larger job and I still felt like it was very quick for the amount of work done. These guys have treated my mom great for years and since I've started using them as well I've been very pleased.

I'll make the two hour drive to come here from now on. It's incredibly difficult to get a good trust worthy mechanic these days who don't try to sell you everything under the moon or take forever to finish the job. The guys here are amazing, they did exactly what I asked and got me in and out with no issues or complications. My parents came here for years and they took good care of them and now I'll be making the drive for any car issues in the future. Kind customer service and technicians along with effective honest work, can't get much better than that. This needs to be your next long term mechanic, I highly recommend.
