First time at Quality Auto…such nice polite knowledgeable young men. Fixed my faulty power window, explained what was wrong how it worked and had it finished within two hours. Very reasonable price since google “quoted” a few hundred more than it was! Nice to know I have found a good mechanic…in fact 2 of them…that I won’t hesitate to trust my car to! Colby and Ryan are 2 of the best and honest mechanics I have ever met. They have earned all my business. They are very knowledgeable and always explain what was done and only recommended things that need to be done. They work on all my cars, from my daughter's Equinox to my Corvette Z06, they have the skills to do it all! Had a tire blow out early in the morning not far from the shop. Got there at 6:45 and was willing to wait till 8:00, but Mark was there by 7:00, took my info and drove me home and back again when my car was done. These guys are honest, know what they are doing, do what is needed (no extras added just to charge more) and are transparent with the customer. I have been coming to them for about 1.5 to 2 years now, from basic nail in the tire to oil changes to more intricate work. They were highly recommended by a local family, so I tried them, and they exceeded all expectations consistently. You drive by and you don't think much, looks like just another mechanic shop but they are the real deal, old school honesty and respect with the customers, again very transparent, no price gouging, no additional unnecessary work just to inflate a bill. 10 out of 10, I will 100% continue to bring my car here.

We brought a car here for a pre- purchase inspection after seeing good reviews online, not being from the area. We were very impressed with the mechanic that did the inspection-seemed like an honest, professional, down to earth guy, who took pictures of the issues with the car we brought and took time explaining what they were and approximate cost if it came down to fixing them. He helped us make the decision on the car easy by clarifying any issues with it and would go back to the same garage in a heartbeat if we were in the area! It is hard to find a trustworthy mechanic that takes the time out to explain car issues so that you understand/are comfortable making decisions about car repairs.
