The quality of their work is great, but giving 2 stars because of their very unprofessional staff and slow turnaround time. Ally was extremely rude and condescending when I was asking about the process to order a part for my car. How am I supposed to know that leaving my car at the shop vs taking my car home would be a different process with insurance? This was never explained to me, and when I asked for clarification on why the part was delayed, she scoffed at me. She then told me that the repairs would take anywhere from 3-5 business days, even when my estimate said 2 business days of labor. What? After taking my car to another shop, I had it fixed in under 2 days and with much better customer service. Take your business elsewhere.

I was visiting family and my car got some damage on the highway on the way over. I quickly needed my car repaired so I would be able to return home as close to my original return time as possible. Alex helped me out and made sure I got my car back as quickly as they possibly could make it happen. Everything looked great when I picked it up and I’m really pleased that I didn’t have to have my return home delayed too long. I would definitely recommend this body shop

I was fortunate to find this place. I’m on my second car job with them. This place raises the bar with the quality of work and service. They’re thorough, over communicative and speedy. Zero stars if possible! They did not tell me they charge a storage fee and proceeded to keep my car over a weekend without any notice prior of said fees and then were closed/unreachable all weekend. I was forced to pay over $1000 in storage fees just to get my car back.

Very satisfied with the service I received. I had to get front end damage repaired. I was hit on a Monday, claim was submitted online with Geico, was able to get an appointment on Tuesday afternoon. A rental car was scheduled. Upon arrival, I received a warm welcome. I dropped my car off and the rental company was there to pick me up within 5 mins. Everything is done via a text link to look online. There was more damage under the bumper and I needed a new emblem. Every step I received a text with updates. My car was ready the following Monday. Pick up was fast and I received a complimentary car wash. If I ever need body service, I'd probably return if they're still part of Geico.

This is going to be a novel, be prepared! ⸻ If I could give zero stars, I would. We brought our Mercedes to Quality after being referred by GEICO. And that’s when the nightmare started. Once they claimed the repairs were completed, we picked up the vehicle, only to realize it wouldn’t accelerate past 70 mph. That’s right. A high-performance German-engineered vehicle crawling like a 90s minivan with a breathalyzer on its last breath [mistake no. I]. I immediately contacted the shop and explained the issue, owner requested that I bring it back to which I did [mistake no. II]. A few days later, the shop owner got back to me and, after a diagnostic and test drive, she confirmed the car had trouble accelerating. Her excuse? “It might be a pre-existing issue with the bi-turbo system.” SO, she offered to refer the car to a third party for further inspection [mistake no. III] but only with our approval [which we gave because we were left with no other choice at this point]. The second shop parroted the same weak excuse: “pre-existing condition.” [mistake no. IIII] Let me make this painfully clear: before the accident and before these so-called ‘repairs,’ the car drove PERFECTLY. Not a single issue with acceleration. No “turbo” problems. Zip. Nada. Nothing. These issues began ONLY after Quality worked on it. But ohhh, it gets even worse. When we picked up the car the second time, my husband took one look at the repair area and immediately saw a major issue: the turbo hose was completely shot - ripped, grazed, and visibly damaged. It was obviously NOT repaired. It wasn’t even inspected. He immediately took a video of the damage [attached for your entertainment]. There’s no denying it. And just when we thought it couldn’t get more insulting .. they charged us THEE MOST for parts as if they were OEM [Original Equipment Manufacturer], but it’s obvious they’re aftermarket. They charged us luxury prices for budget parts, while cutting corners and blaming us for their OWN oversight. It’s Fn infuriating. So here we are, for the THIRDDDD time, taking the vehicle to Mercedes directly. And guess what Mercedes told us: “I do see the impact to the vacuum line and in fact caused additional consequential damage, furthermore my technician did NOTE a crack in the engine upper timing cover also due to this impact. Both of these repairs will be necessary to remedy the client’s issue.” Translation: ALL of the damage was caused by the incident. And NONE of it was pre-existing. Everything Quality should’ve found and fixed? they Fn didn’t. So let me summarize this comedy of errors: • Quality failed to perform a thorough inspection. • Missed or ignored critical impact damage. • Blamed the issues on a “pre-existing condition.” • Used aftermarket parts while charging OEM-level prices. • Gave us the runaround and dragged this out for weeks. • Caused additional damage and more financial strain [I’ll give them a break on this because they did discount my deductible]. • Wasted our time, energy, and multiple days of missed work. We’ve had to endure SO much unnecessary stress and frustration just trying to get my damn car back in good working condition, and we still don’t have resolution because of how Quality handled this from the start. If you’re thinking of bringing your car here: RUN. Don’t just walk .. RUN .. for your LIFE. Because unless you want to pay premium for bottom-tier work, be GASLIT about “pre-existing” damage, and have to involve your dealership just to get a real answer, this is NOT the place for you. This review is TRUE and HONEST. It’s going on Google. It’s going on Yelp. And anywhere else people need to be warned. Honesty matters. Accountability matters. Your car deserves better. YOU deserve better. Quality Body + Fender? Doesn’t believe in ANY of it.

I can’t say enough good things about the body shop! From the moment I walked in Jackie, the owner made me feel completely at ease. She’s incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about her work. A friend got an insurance repair for a sideswipe that wrecked the entire driver's side of her car from bumper to bumper and knocked off the side mirror. The entire process was painless. She was guided around the car, and using a grease pen, marked out all the areas to repair/replace. The work was done within 2 weeks despite replacing and painting all the side panels, one door, and getting a few OEM replacement parts. They have an online portal where you see your quote and progress in addition to an estimated pickup date. Couldn't recommend this shop enough. Everyone was so professional and clearly took pride in their work. Thanks!

Incredibly professional service and quality work. I got my EV6 repaired there a few months ago, the communications were great, job was done well and on-time. They provided me with shuttling to the rental car and even charged and cleaned my car while it was in the shop. I was not expecting that detail of service. Today I went back to have a final part put on and they did it within 10 mins and even cleaned up a small scratch that occurred since the repair without any request. Highly recommend them to anyone.
