This is a full service shop with very competitive pricing. I had a wheel alignment done, but I plan to use this shop for all of my family's mechanical needs. The owner brings years of experience working at a national automotive company, and that experience and knowledge is reflected in his Oxnard shop. You get excellent service, nice waiting area with coffee, clean mechanical area...super nice. A couple tips - just go here, the prices are great. Make an appointment if you can - they can take care of you faster, but I wouldn't be afraid to give them a call for last minute issues. Quality Tires & Services is at the back of an industrial complex. The parking is busy there but Quality have had several spots available near their open bay both times I've visited. And don't be afraid to come from other cities to drive the extra 10 minutes off the freeway to come down to Pacific off Oxnard Blvd. in the City of Oxnard. You will be very happy you did when you figure out you've found a nice, competitively priced, honest shop that can take care of all your needs.

Look, hard to find people willing to help you out in your time of need with quality services at a quality price, but this store? Brings both and great customer service! We had been in a difficult position for months. They entered the picture and got us back on the road quickly! We all commute for our jobs and were sharing one car! Went in for an alignment, truck was clearly wobbling afterwards. They mentioned the problem was coming from the rear when I didn’t do anything to the rear. Note I replaced the front upper control arms front side only. They wanted to charge me an extra 120$ on top of 90$ for alignment. Offered me my money back and to deal with the issue. Won’t be coming back here ever again. Note they did fix the problem but was just a headache and waste of time.

Highly recommend great prices full alignment for $89.99 and fast service. Update: I just went there on 15 mar 25, and they also do mechanic work as well they were able to change out a wheel bearing for me the same day I called with a fast turnaround. I would again highly recommend this place to anyone as well to all my military brothers and sisters. Its hard to find a place like this when you are not from the area. This place definitely cares about it's customer and work. Thank you again.
