This place blows compared to another auto shop i went yo. They charge 65 dollars to diagnose your car! Far west auto care charges less. The mechanics here seem lazy

This place is absolute trash. Horrible communications skills. Bad business. Don't waste your time or money here. They don't care about you and definitely don't care about your car. You will be very disappointed at this so called auto repair place.

Took my Mercedes in last week because it had no power. They said they put it on the scope. Sent me out with 321.00 worth of brakes and an oil change, and was told there nothing wrong with it. It dies in the walmart parking lot 3 days later. I walk with a bum knee 3 miles home. I take the car to Wayne and Daves on division, and it needs over 600.00 worth of work, because the coils are all burned out now. Had it been discovered, it would not have been that costly. I was a long time customer, but the place has changed owners, and I will never go back there again.

Traveling to visit family had my car needed a repair, brought it in and they fixed it quickly. Two days later there is a whining and thudding noise coming from the motor. Took my car back they said they don't know what it could be, but they would check it out. I said no I don't want them touching my car again. Took it to my mechanic when I got home and he found that they cracked a part the hosing and tried to glue it back on the radiator to hide it. They also only replaced 1 part when you are suppose to replace the set.

brought in my Audi A8l for head gasket work a few months ago, they replaced the gaskets and bolts. I noticed a smoke from the engine right away they said it would go away in time. after several calls they say they cant help because its under new ownership. finally took my car to a reputable mechanic there saying I still have a leak in the same place. $$$ down the drain. I had them work on my air suspension at the same time... guess what I have the same issue today. after its said and done another $3400.00 to fix the problem Quartz Hill Auto failed to fix the first time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! unless you like throwing money away and still have problems you relied on them to fix!

Both interactions I've had with the lady up front on two separate occassions, have been less than satisfactory. Her attitude sucks! She will be the downfall of this business if you dont replace her quickly. I will take my business elsewhere.

Very disappointed in the time that they take to fix your car every part seems to be a “special order” had to take car back after they supposedly fixed it twice. Was told they were great but my experience has been anything but great

*** UDPDATE*** Because I left my honest review, on my experience They are now refusing to warrenty their repairs. If you're going to quote somebody a price. Stick with it.. Not only should you do all of the work you told your customer. You were going to do, but it should be at the price you quoted them at. There should be no surprises. Now I understand, when you pop the hood, things can change, but this was not the case.... I called Quartz Hill Auto for a quote for my 100,000 mile maintenance. She told me what would be involved in said maintenance. I accepted their quote and took my car in their next available appointment. Now, at that appointment, I authorized them to look at and fix the cause of my emissions issue as well. When I picked up my car, they did not do all of the 100,000 maintenance they quoted me. All they did was the spark plugs and an oil change. The cabin air filter was not changed. Nor was the coolent flushed like they originally quoted me. When I asked about the coolant flush, she said she forgot and that she didn't charge me for it. However, she charged me what she quoted me the day I made the appointment which included the coolant flush, and of course the extra i paid for the emissions issue, which I did authorize. Trying to get her to understand that the work she quoted me for was part of the original quote she gave me, and that is what I authorized, what's not happening. It was pointless and the job had been done. So, I said, 'whatever" paid the bill and left. She offered me a discount for the inconvenience of having to bring back my car back and go without it another full day. When I called her to ask how much they coolant service was going to be with the discount she told me $80. I picked up my car in the bill was for $90. At first I thought taxes but no... she just upped it for no reason. She forgot what she told me, and charged more. Those were my only 2 experiences with Quartz Hill auto care and I will never go back.
