Quench & Drench is the best place to get your oil changed. They keep a history of your vehicle and remind you when it's time for other services. No pushiness but excellent customer service. My car is in tip top shape because of the service guys at Quench & Drench. I won't take my car anywhere else. I also got a free car wash for getting my oil changed. I also got a new air filter, new windshield wipers and the rear differential fluid changed. Great prices and outstanding customer service. A+

First time using Quench and Drench car wash. We've never experienced a car wash like this one. They hand wash your car then you go through car wash, and then they hand dry. You can't beat that for $16. Wish there was one near in SoCal. Great job Quench and Drench.

Rather pleased with how well my car wash came out. I went with the deluxe and wheel detail and I was happy for how it all turned out. They give a hand wash on some things and they hand dry areas that are not dry at the end after going through the car wash. The car wash is the equivalent of you doing it yourself without the added details (like clay bar, buff, and waxing). I would say that they are probably better than most car washes in the area because of the added hand wash/towel dry they do.

My co-worker recommended this place about 2 years ago and I haven't looked anywhere else since then. They're super friendly and explain what they're doing in pretty easy terms (I'm not well versed with vehicles so this is super helpful). The free car wash after the oil change is always super nice too! I always recommend my friends and family to this location!

Always have the best customer service, and great help / tips for DIY. The great people working here try to get you in and out as quickly as possible. They are able to service commercial vehicles and big tall trucks. Car wash is great and has vaccuums that also work well.

My poor truck hasn’t been close to a car wash in a long time so I thought my birthday was the right time to change that. Went back to Q & D and the experience was the best !! Friendly hard working staff laid out my options, I chose what I wanted and received a complete and satisfying car wash that was done to spec and for a fair price. Now I required extra attention for certain areas ( road grime on the truck’s rocker panels, filthy wheels and scuffed sidewalls, etc. ) so I told the fellas that I’d make it worth their while to go the extra distance for me. And boy did they respond - 10 year old truck is looking like new !! Just a suggestion: tipping is for a certain level of service, not just because you’re there. I notice when someone is putting effort into making this customer happy, and when I see that, he or she is rewarded, and not with a plain “thank you” but cash !! These people can’t spend good wishes …

After being gone for several weeks and parked under a street light- resting place for several birds- my car was desperate for a wash. Quench & Drench is where I get my oil changed, so I headed over to get my car washed. Because it was so bad, Wally helped me by moving my car under the detail area and setting me up and helping me get to the affected areas. PLUS, he helped me with a piece of trim that was falling off, PLUS he helped me move some items in the back of my car, PLUS he set up the vacuum for me and on top of all of that he was courteous and polite and professional. Great place to get your oil changed quickly and right! I was able to upgrade the free car wash to add interior cleaning for a reasonable additional charge. I also needed a new air filter and cabin filter and they had those and were able to replace those at a reasonable price. Take care of your investment and get your oil changed regularly and taking care of your filters will make sure your car runs more efficiently. Lastly the car wash gets rid of dirt, grime and chemicals that harm your paint and adds wax.Washing regularly with this car wash will protect your paint! This locally owed and operated business is the best! Joe the owner works right there with his excellent employees with stellar customer service!
