Always given great service. I have my vehicle there every 7500 miles for service. Service writers are great.

I had my Ford edge serviced with oil change and tire rotation. Excellent service from Mr. Art Rounds and I must say Quick Lane is the best.

My brake light was out prior to bringing it in. They said they did their "120 point inspection" which includes lights and never bothered to tell me or fix it. At checkout, no one went over the service details or next service recommendations.

I have been going here for years, and I mean years, I made an appointment, before the prices were reasonable for an oil change but have more doubled to 100 dollars, so I won't be taking my car there anymore, however we do have a truck that is covered for everything so our truck will be going there but I will be talking my car to Brake Masters in the future.

Got there at 7:00am. With 1-2 people in front of me is an hour of wait time for someone to come up to me. Another 30 mins for them to bring the car in. Another 45 min for oil change. Dont come here. You can thank me later instead of wasting your time here.

I bought my car here, so I take it here for service. Had a couple of frustrating, very lengthy visits but the last time I went, I was in-&-out without an appointment. They're honest even if they make a mistake. My tune has changed. 4 stars.

I have had several problems with this place. About a year ago asked them to change the front brakes on the wife's car, they argued with me about doing it early than needed, (Art). The time after that, they didn't rotate my tires, like they are supposed to. This time they spilled probably about 1/2 quart of oil all over my engine AND DID NOT CLEAN IT. I cant believe I'm going to say this but Jiffy lube is better.

I've been routinely taking my suv here for "the works" oil change for years and was shocked at the price increase of over $24 dollars since last oil change. As my suv is already past the extended warranty, I may start taking it elsewhere.

It took a while to get an appointment (a week!) But the service is consistent. I didn't wait for the car, this time, but it was done when I went back.

I am always a bit hesitant when facing car dealers. Specially when the simplest job can be more a nuisance then they could possibly be worth. I tied them up chasing down a replacement key for my used 2013 Ford Focus. While it took time I got to meet 4 employees who where also going the extra mile for all the other customers I managed to see. The keys are in my hand and as they should be. Thanks Terry

Came in without an appointment for a quick service before a long road trip with my 2021 f150 and was in and out in about an hour thanks to Robert McGill. 4/5 because I sat for an extra 10 minutes after my truck was done because he unfortunately did not inform his coworkers to let me know when my truck was done before he went on lunch break.

Quick, easy to get in and out, even when there is a wait. The waiting room has a direct view of the service bays, if you need piece of mind, but I trust them at Quicklane. Great service and no surprises.

Due to the service guy telling me at a previous appointment that I need to "Calm Down. These things are touchy." When the touch screen on my car dash wasn't working and everything I touched sent me to a different and wrong section including the 911 ASSIST, which turns out was because THEY DIDN'T UPDATE THE SYSTEM after they messed it up and then couldn't figure out the original issue anyways. They offered me a free oil change. I was wary but figured, ok, they are trying and it's free. NOT WORTH IT. I had an appointment at 1 pm for JUST an oil change and to top off windshield fluid. OVER TWO HOURS LATER IT IS STILL NOT DONE. The guy said an hour. SURE. NOT COMING BACK. F* THAT.

They didn't have my vehicle ready at the time they said they would. They said 1 o'clock, and I showed up 5 minutes after. They didn't have any paperwork and didn't know where my vehicle was or what work had been performed. They could have called anytime before and told me it wasn't ready before I was dropped off to pick up. I agreed to $300 worth of extra work that was not performed and they asked me to wait until the tech came back from lunch to do that work. Disorganized . They didn't even know if a brake fluid flush had been done

The service staff are nice, but, and it's a big BUT: If you want to use Quick Lane for an oil change, and don't want to wait AN HOUR AND A HALF (and counting) ON A WEEKDAY MORNING before they even start, make an appointment! Appointments push walk-ins back. Found this out after waiting so long I asked for an status update. The service reminder mailer even says "No Appointment necessary" (capital N capital A!). Lesson learned--Make an Appointment! 🙄

I have had my oil change done here 4 times and had to wait for more than 1.5 hrs every time. I had an appointment today, arrived 15 min ahead of schedule, but was disappointed to see that my name was not on their display. What is worse is my vehicle parked for 43 mins before someone drove it inside the service bay... frustrated. They took another hour to complete the oil change. I was in the waiting room for about 2 hrs for an oil change!!! If you have time to spare, then it would be OK to go here, but if you expect top notch fast quality service, then I would not recommend this place. Similar competitors will have my vehicle in and out in about 45 min or less.

I brought my car in a few times and seems like each time it’s quoted $4-5k to fix “several issues” and want to keep my car for a week yet don’t offer any loaner cars. Not sure why cost is so high plus why they don’t ever have any loaner cars available for their customers. I’ve been to other ford dealers n they do offer loaner cars.. hmm..🤔

They really take care of customers. Thought I needed a new battery because of its age. The tec checked it twice and reassured me it was still very strong. Replacing it was not necessary at this time. I was elated that I didn't have an unnecessary expense. They really care about their customers. It's the only place I've ever taken my truck to be serviced and will always trust them. Thank you.
