I have a decent experience here every time. They are professional at the counter but the guys that do the work are very unprofessional. Theres a lot of joking around and goofing off while they are doing the services and i feel uneasy seeing that as they have my engine’s health in their hands. I wish they would focus more on what they are working on. Im looking at all this from the glass.

I usually give a 5 star to this place but not this time. My tire was missing one green nitrogen cap. I don't know why if they don't have nitrogen at this location. They need to pay more attention to detail!

Service was done correctly, I took a 2010 ford explorer for a coolant flush. I was charged extra due to the tech telling me that the vehicle would need “premium Gold” coolant, as per the manual it just needs gold coolant. This “premium gold” coolant ended up being Oreilly’s premixed universal coolant which is okay and will work fine but I wouldn’t call that a Premium coolant only because the store doesn’t have the required coolant in stock.

Took in my truck for wheel alignment. Customer service was great. The techs did a good job. Only thing I didn’t appreciate was that the mechanic left my steering wheel very dirty. Would be nice to consider washing their hands or putting some kind of liner on the steering wheel to avoid this.

First rate all the way around, I called several mechanics even hacienda ford and got lots of run around. I fell into Quick Lane by chance and WOW, my problem went into a different direction. Starting from the young lady to the mechanic, my work started the next morning and by ten I was done. I needed a wheel bearing hub assembly, they already had the part in stocking from all I can tell ,a great job. Five stars is about half of what they deserve . Wish ya were in Ft.Worth,Texas.......

There was speedy service, at least 40 minutes. No appointment was needed; walk-ins are welcome. I watched my white SUV through the window for oil changes, new filters, etc. The staff was friendly, and I felt so comfortable indoors. The place was very clean, like heaven. I highly recommend it!

I went because the screen on my truck was telling me to service the battery powering system. I had just replaced the battery less than a week ago there Quick Lane. So I knew it wasn't the battery, but sounded more like the alternator. The young lady at the front counter, and Leo were both very helpful and took care of the issue with my truck. Quick Lane is very fortunate to have those two employees on their staff. Thank You very much again to both of them and to Quick Lane. I'll be back when I need more service on my vehicles.

I’ve had my current truck for over a decade and another Ford truck before that. I’ve been to multiple Ford dealerships across the United States from moving many times. Robert at Quick Lane in Edinburg provided the best customer service of all the Ford garages I’ve been to. He did a great job recommending services to help keep my truck running smooth going in to the higher mileage. Robert was very knowledgeable in his field. Highly recommend.

I purchased my vehicle from Hacienda Ford and have always brought it to Quick Lane Edinburg for my scheduled maintenance. During my most recent visit, I was assisted by a young man named Jacob, and I wanted to recognize the outstanding service he provided. Jacob was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. While performing my oil change, he took the time to point out a few issues he recommended addressing and explained everything clearly without being pushy. He was very thorough and genuinely seemed to take pride in his work, which is refreshing to see. Hacienda Ford would do well to have more team members like Jacob. His approach was honest, helpful, and informative, and he made the entire experience a positive one. Even though Quick Lane Edinburg is about a 35-minute drive each way from my home, the level of service I receive makes it completely worth the trip. I’ll definitely continue bringing my vehicle here for service.
