I wouldn't even give them one star. I had to bring my car to them 3 times to fix things they messed up, costing me $2,500. Well, this last time I didn't go to them to fix it and discovered that they had broken my cylinoid and apoxied it back together, which broke again causing damage to other parts. DON'T GO HERE.

Great mechanics who will fix your vehicle at a good price and good quality. Parts may be aftermarket voiding warranties, but your vehicle will be fixed the right way the first time for a reasonable price.

Had to replace the coach battery in my camper in July. Roger Jr took care of it & did a nice job. Roger Sr winterized it & got rid of a squirrel's nest in my engine! He gave me some good advice on how to keep them critters out of there!

I have been taking my car to R & R for several years now. The service is always excellent. You will never get any "surprise" charges. They are always courteous, professional and do great work. Our experience with R & R has been very good. Overall, your service has been timely and professional. We have had two instances that could have been handled more effectively. I’m only telling you this because one instance resulted in me taking my service elsewhere for a year. The Hyundai was brought in prior to a road trip to Canada. You were asked to go through the car thoroughly to make sure everything was safe and nothing needed attention. A young mechanic inspected the car and said we were good to go. Our first day out, when we were in New Brunswick, Canada, the car’s front wheel bearings went and we had to spend an extra night in a hotel and a whole day sitting in the repair shop with two dogs. The dealership said that this was definitely something that should have been picked up if the car was inspected. It was not a great way to start a vacation. The second issue was when this same car had instances where it wouldn’t start. You had the car for almost six months but couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. We finally took the car to Stilly’s. They said it was the starter, replaced it, and that solved the problem. Despite these issues, we returned to your shop because you have been good to us for many years, you’re honest and you do good work. Weighing the positives and negatives, your good service far exceeds the negative instances.

I’ve been bringing my car to R&R Repair for the past 5 plus years. Roger does an excellent job as does everyone that works there. He gets the car in without much of a wait time. He’s very thorough. He does exactly what it’s in the shop for, but also gives it a quick look over just in case and I’m glad he does. My car is a Subaru 12 and it runs GREAT thanks to R&R .
