Terrible car wash. First off when I pulled up I let the guy know I wanted a full service wash. He put in exterior only without my knowledge. I waited at the end for someone to clean inside the car. Eventually someone came up and told me its exterior only. I was willing to pay for interior but they didn't want to do it, they said “you can do it yourself” with the “free vacuums”. To top it all off, car is still dirty. If it weren't dark outside I’d include more photos that clearly show dirt all over the car. The car wasn't even over the top dirty but even if it was, what’s the point of a car wash?

Had my car washed here a few days after the snowstorm. It rained the day before so most of the residue was washed off from the rain, but my front and rear bumpers were filthy. The car wash itself did not do a good job cleaning the car. The towel drying after exiting the wash is also a joke. Two guys literally spent 5 seconds wiping and walked away. When I got home, I noticed the front and rear bumpers were still filthy, almost as if those parts weren’t even touched. If the guys had taken the time to towel dry my car they would have noticed that car wasn’t clean. Won’t be returning.

their services do not completely remove bird poop. Also, while other car washes offer better services under the auto care network plan, they only offer a basic wash which is subpar quality anyway and they make you vacuum by yourself

I have tried this car wash at least 5x now and have been seriously disappointed every single time. The first time the whole front and rear of my car were still covered with dirt when I left. I went back and was told that it was due to me picking a lower tier exterior wash. They rewashed my car. I opted to give them a couple chances again after that. My car either was not fully cleaned outside or was missing tire shine or was barely dried during the wipe down process. I once again decided to go back today. Picked a the second highest tier exterior wash (which costs as much as a normal full interior and exterior wash at most other places) and went through the car wash. I get home 15 minutes later and there's NO tire shine again, the wheels are still dirty, the front bumper and rear are still dirty. I will NOT be returning to this car wash every again. Not once have I gone there and felt good about the money spent. I have given them multiple chances to see if there is any improvement over the past 6 months. Yet, every time I go I feel like I wasted my money. Honestly avoid this car wash if you can bother driving anywhere else.

Trying to wash your car here is less effective than driving through some sprinklers. Also one of the employees has an attitude. I still had visible and obvious dirt on my car after going here (and even leaving a tip!), so when I brought this up to the guy manning the gate, he basically said I shouldn’t expect the exterior wash I got to be able to clean dirt off my car. So maybe if I payed more I would’ve gone away with a bit less dirt.

Don't expect your car to come out clean if you opt for the basic exterior wash ($17), if you point it out you will get an insult that you only paid $17. Terrible cars wash and terrible customer service.

They have a state of the art car wash tunnel that doesn’t clean the back of your car at all and give you a thousand swirl marks every time you drive thru. Very abrasive brushes yet fail to brush the truck or the front bumper. Good luck!

Worst car wash Experince paid $30 car is still dirty with actual dirt all around not worth it in my opinion. I opted for under carriage wash but their is no under carriage wash . They don’t have enough people to dry the car properly. They don’t pay attention to any details. If it was cheaper quick in and out I wouldn’t mind but for the price it’s not worth it.

I got the Ceramic Victory Lap Exterior on my car and I just wasn’t satisfied at all. For starters the car just wasn’t dried off fully at all and had to finish drying it myself once I got home. While I was drying it I noticed the front and rear bumper weren’t even cleaned as well as the lower area on both sides of the car. There was also no tire shine despite it being included in the package. Finally, I had to finish cleaning the rims myself and the tires weren’t even cleaned. Unfortunately after coming here for the first time I was extremely unsatisfied.

I Went there today for a car wash. My car had been a mess since the last snow fall. The car came out looking spotless. It’s a little far from where I live, but I love going to this car wash when I’m passing the area. The prices are some of the lowest I’ve paid for a wash, and service and staff are both always wonderful!

I have 2 toddlers under age 3 and a large hairy dog- my car often becomes a destruction zone filled with food/crumbs, random toys, and lots of dog hair. I took my car to Racetrack car wash when the car was in rough shape. The manager was kind and patient- he walked me through the different options and services. The team at Racetrack returned my car in mint condition. All fingerprints, crumbs, and dog hairs were gone. The seats were properly cleaned, floor mats washed, and the windows and interior sparkled liked new. The car truly looks, smells, and feels brand new again. Highly recommend!

$54 for the premium wash + $20 tip, I expected better results. The car still had few large, obvious bird droppings on it. This is something shouldn’t happen at this price point. If I’m paying top price and tipping generously, I expect attention to detail, not a rush job. Leaving bird shits on the car is unacceptable and shows serious lack of care. Didn’t give 1 or 2 stars because it was a holiday and winter. Plus the interior was cleaned well. I understand the workers are dealing with tough conditions. But that’s not an excuse for the service.

I have given this place 2 chances, and both times it seems like I came out with new scratches on my car. Very unhappy about that, but I know you guys will not claim it was you. I had also paid for the second best option which includes wheel cleaning, under carriage cleaning, and tire shine, yet both those things when looking at it were still dirty, and no tire shine was applied. You guys have no format to show which cars paid for what service and that alone just shows bad quality. I will not be returning

I brought my BMW X7 in after a road trip with seven tweens—and the interior was in rough shape. We're talking crumbs everywhere, footprints, fingerprints, and who knows what else after a day of apple picking. The team at Racetrack absolutely exceeded my expectations. They didn't rush the job at all. Every inch of the car was spotless by the time they were done. The carpets were thoroughly vacuumed, the leather seats were wiped down and cleaned beautifully, and all the mats were washed and looked like new. You could tell they really paid attention to detail—no shortcuts, no missed spots, just top-quality work. My X7 looked, smelled, and felt fresh again. It’s rare to find a car wash that treats your vehicle with this level of care. Highly recommend!

I visted this car wash today at 1:43 PM for a full car wash, and I’m extremely disappointed with the results. I expected a thorough cleaning based on what was promised, but my experience fell far short. My steering wheel is still sticky. The cupholders were not cleaned at all. There’s still a spot on the floor that was supposed to be removed. My seat has visible residue and dirt remaining. Before the service, I specifically asked if these issues would be addressed, and I was told yes — but that was clearly not the case. I feel misled and very dissatisfied with the quality of work. I have my receipt from today as proof of service. I’m hoping management can address this issue and offer a resolution, but as it stands, I am very disappointed and do not plan to return.
