First, they do good, quality work. Very professional installation all around. But, I had two issues. First, on their web site I saw that I could text them, and I really liked that thinking I wouldn’t have to waste time on a phone call. But no, they called me back. It took a day and several phone calls to work out all the details, and I repeatedly asked if we could do it over text and they said no even though I was simply giving information that I figure would have been more easy to work with over text. Second, they ordered and installed a lesser hitch than I needed. It bent and I took it in and they tried to blame me for telling them what I would be using the hitch for something which I never said (and text messages would have been a record of what was said.) Anyway, they did uninstall and install the proper hitch and charged me the difference with no additional installation fee. Personally, I think that for all my time and trouble they should have comped that, but I didn’t have enough of a problem with it to argue. I think that as long as you’re good with communicating on their terms and you make sure you’re getting what you need, you’ll be very happy with them.
