Ran the car through, and it did not wash the bottom half of the car. I wrote to the company and never got a response back. Even sent pictures of the car still dirty after paying top price for the wash. Doubt I will go back, too bad as it used to be worth the money

Should be a NEGATIVE 5 star rating. I spent 20$ before I gave up. No pressure with the wash soap and even less pressure on the high pressure rinse setting. Wouldn't even get the dirt off my plastic floor mats. I'll use a homeless guy on the corner with his squeegee before I waste money here again. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY on this place.

I usually go to the car wash one block up but was coming from the other direction this time so decided to try this place. That was a mistake because it did an extremely poor job of cleaning my car. It was nice that they had sprayers outside where you could do a pre-spray. I did that, but even with this extra attention, my car was still quite dirty after the wash. Disappointing.

Awesome car wash! Definitely download the app. They have monthly specials and you can purchase your Wash Club membership through the app. Open 24/7, doesn't take very long, and has been the best car wash place I've used in Anchorage.

I love this carwash. Easy to get in and out of and the wash seems to do better than others in town. Plus its got the cool purple shimmery tile siding that makes me feel special. They even put out some cleaner and brushes for you to pre-wash you car some.

I've used this place 50+ times for my smaller fleet of trucks. It routinely does an Okay job. Nothing impressive and it doesn't keep the trucks "Clean". Why have I used this place so many times over the years? They are really close to our warehouse, it gets alot of the dirt off quickly and I buy the $200 card so that the washes a discounted. It doesn't do spectacular but It does the job well enough for work trucks and quick enough to make it worth it.

I’ve had the $20 wash club for about a month, and I was happy with it especially considering how ridiculously expensive the other car washes in Anchorage are. I got an email the other day that the price will be changing due to general expenses rising in the US, which is understandable. I thought they’d maybe raise it $5, but for the most basic wash, they’re jumping it $15 to $35/month… I wonder if the price jump will make up for all the people who are going to run from these new prices.

Went to the car wash today. 2 of the bays were not able to read my card. The 3rd (one on the far left) did accept the same credit card. But that bay did a terrible job of washing the car, with the most expensive option selected. The front, rear and lower side halves of the SUV were not washed at all. I’ll never go back

Used the car wash last night. Spent $18 on the best wash. My truck was not crazy dirty. It didn’t get it clean at all and then put a coat of wax over the remaining dirt. As I exited the dryer never turned on. No one on staff so I paid to go through a second time just to use the dryer. My truck looks like I just drove it through a trail of pine trees. Terrible wash and after $28 spent no one answered today. Will not be back and I highly discourage anyone from wasting their money here. The one positive thing I’d say is that when they opened a couple years ago it seemed to be a decent wash for a better price than around town. Now prices match their competitors but quality doesn’t even come close. 👎👎

It had been a number of years since I used this car wash and had gone elsewhere because it never seemed to do a good job. But this is to state that it has been fixed. I don't know what it was but my truck never got really clean. I went there a couple days ago and... Great job! I didn't go with the most expensive car wash, just the one less than that and I was quite satisfied and will return. It's a very convenient location.

If I could give no stars I would the vacuums never work the wash never washes my car it’s like it doesn’t even touch the car and every time I try and buy an air freshener it takes my money and never gives me the item then I call on someone and no one seems to work there worst car wash in anchorage and the picture is after I wiped my car down almost all the way

I was thoroughly disappointed in the $18 wash I paid for as my car was still incredibly dirty when I arrived home after driving only a few miles. The fingerprints I left on the back after installing my new Alaska plates only a few hours earlier were still there! I would recommend going elsewhere for your car wash needs.

I have never seen my car so dirty AFTER a car wash before. I selected the most expensive, $18 "mud blaster" and was shocked how filthy my car still was afterwards. I was so shocked that I took photos as soon as I got home, which was about 5 mins after exiting the wash. Photos included. Don't waste your money here. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because my car was at least a little bit cleaner than when I entered. Nowhere near being worth what I paid, though.

5 stars for customer service. Angelina saw that my car wasn't all the way clean through one wash and sent me through a different bay at no cost to me. She then followed up with me and gave me a sham to wipe down my car. I hadn't washed my car for a few months so I don't think it's possible for a touch less car wash to be able to get a car 100%. So knowing it's limitations this is a great place to go.

Seriously disappointed in this car wash. It seemed to take longer than most other car wash places so I naively thought that it would be more thorough and do a good job. We promptly drove to the holiday gas station on diamond directly after the car wash, a mere mile away and realized how dirty our car still was. It hadn't been exceptionally dirty when we got the car washed to begin with. Just typical road dust from the recent rain and the grill full of dead bugs which as you can see are still attached. Waste of $18. I highly advise finding a different car wash.

More expensive than Alaska laser wash and more ghetto. Do not go through this car wash with a full size truck. Super narrow lane and machinery too antiquated to tell you if you’re not in just the right position. Machinery hit my truck, damaged the PPF, and we were barely able to get out of the bay. When they called me back, I told them I was fortunate damage wasn’t worse and wasn’t concerned about that specifically. I simply tried to convey to them that there should be something clearly posted to customers about size etc and maybe more updated machinery so this doesn’t happen to someone else. Not a single “I’m sorry this happened” or any concern at all. Just excuses and no accountability. Terrible way to do business.
