Called in the morning and came in the afternoon just to tell me they can’t do it. That’s actually ok but then I noticed they made my brand new quick release steering wheel super dirty and greasy!! Unprofessional and made me really upset!

Had an emergency flat arriving from vacation at 5:00pm from our family vacation. Upon analysis of my tires, they recommended changing all four and I decided to change the four. They offered me a discount and even stayed open a few minutes after closing which was supposed to be at 6:00. Very courteous snd professional. I highly recommend them to anyone needing tires service.

I am extremely disappointed with this place. My car broke down on the freeway, and the insurance tow truck brought it here. The radiator had failed, and they quoted me $1,200 for a radiator replacement with coolant. That sounded way overpriced, so I called another mechanic—he was shocked at the quote and confirmed they were ripping me off. His price? $450 for the exact same job, including coolant. I had to pay for another tow truck just to get my car to the honest mechanic. On top of that, I KINDLY asked if they could at least PLEASE give me a discount on their so-called “diagnostic.” They charged me $180 just to tell me my car was broken—something I obviously already knew since it had stopped in the middle of the freeway! They refused to reduce the price. This place takes advantage of people and their circumstances. Stay far away.

BEWARE, Over 8+ months ago, Hispanic MANAGER little dark skin, I was speaking to him in Spanish and even gave him a tip $10, and he scammed me, came here only for Full Synthetic Oil change and Tire Alignment. Upon arrival he said my car is leaking plus a few other problems, then quoted me around $630 so I declined those services. I drove my car for 5+ months with no problems at all.

First of all, if you're going to apologize for not meeting my expectations you should know that my expectations were that you'd use an experienced tire changer to change my tires without leaving matching scratches my rims and divettes in my chrome rims on my Benz. I saw from inside the lobby that Victor lifted my car by the skirt instead of the jack pad. The skirt on the rear passenger and driver's side was sitting on the jack. The driver's side wasn't as as heavy on the skirt as the passenger side which was completely under the skirt. I went outside to point it out. Victor tried telling me it was ok. When I didn't accept that because I know better, he said "ok whatever makes you happy". I told him that it's not "whatever makes me happy, just do it right. That's what will make me happy." Victor lowered it and reposition it with the help of the guy from the counter who said he was the assistant manager. The driver's side was positioned correctly by the "assistant manager" When I saw that the jack was still under the skirt on the passenger's side I tried moving it to the correct position myself but the assistant manager said that is as far as it will go. Victor was standing there not helping. When Victor lifted my car again and it was still in contact with the skirt. I kept on him about it telling him that the jack should not be in contact with the skirt at all and finally Victor lowered my car again and easily repositioned it properly. I asked why did the assistant manager say it couldn't be adjusted anymore. Such a liar. The assistant manager began taking pictures of my car while the front tires were in the shop. I asked why he was taking pictures and he said they take pictures in case there's damage. I pointed out that it was too late for that because my car has already been moved and the tires are already being done so any pictures taking are irrelevant. When my tires were put back on I inspected them as I always do (I always watch anything being done on my car but this place changed my tires so far into the shop that I couldn't see) and they both had matching surface scratches and divetts around the lip near the valve. The assistant manager inspected and said he would see if he could find someone who could repair them. I said ok and asked for the district manager's name and number when I paid. The next day I called and talked to the manager Martin. Sent pictures and then went after work. He said he spoke to the employees and told them it wasn't right the way they handled theh jack situation. While inspecting the rims he spoken to the DM and and asked me what I wanted. I asked him what THEY were going to do. He asked if I wanted some money back and I said my rims would still be scratched. He said to give him until Monday (this was Friday) to check around and see what they can do. I called the DM Tuesday and left a message. Moments later Martin called me and said he spoke with the DM and they agreed they didn't do the damage. Sun Auto, do not leave a number telling me to call because I have already done that. Your District Manager Kevin Obermoeller, has not returned my calls. Do not apologize telling me sorry you didn't meet my expectations because my expectations is that my car not be damaged and if it is you'll be responsible and fix the damage you've done! Period. I wish I had read the reviews. If you're reading this. DO NOT GO TO ANY SHOP OWNED BY SUN AUTO!!! DO NOT GO TO ANY RAMONA TIRE SHOP! GO TO A TRUSTED ACCOUNTABLE SHOP. I will add pictures later today.

I have recently become aware of the MASSIVE amount of misinformation and general lack of regard extended to customers from people working in the tire industry. Frankly, it makes me very sad, you just can't count on people to be honest or to care. My experience at Ramona Tire in Ontario specifically as well as the larger corporate entity has really reminded me that there are no hard and fast rules for human behavior. Some people are nice others are not, some companies care others do not. Some people do a good job others do not. Martin and his team at Ramona Tire in Ontario, cared and did a good job! As a woman trying to get a car serviced I am often treated dismissively, my concerns disregarded and the ridiculous upsells!!! NOT AT RAMONA TIRE IN ONTARIO!!! My issue was treated seriously, I was given reason and explanation for every action taken on my vehicle, I was impressed!!! Special shout out to Joey, a district manager FOR A DIFFERENT DISTRICT who told me Martin would take care of the situation...I did NOT believe him, but he was right! Thank you so much!!! My faith in humanity as is pertains to the tire industry has been restored!!! YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!!!

Really unfortunate experience here. My spouse took my car to get the oil changed using the black Friday deal they had. The guy at the desk said it was very busy so it would be awhile and that in order to get the black Friday deal, we needed to donate pajamas. Didn't see that anywhere on the website but okay. The guy told my spouse that he would give the black Friday price anyway though. They take the car back and my spouse waits two hours. They inspected my vehicle without consent and gave my spouse a $2000 quote on all the work they said my car needed. They didn't ask if we wanted an inspection, they just did it. Yes, I need new tires. Everything else was just boldface lies. Trying to say my breaks were completely worn down, my rotors needed sevice, my break fluid was contaminated, I have a leak in my engine ect. I told my spouse absolutely not, I would have someone else inspect it first. We did not have any of the many other services they suggested and they charged us full price for the oil change. So much for the black Friday price. Then, only after they drew up the quote and took two hours, finally took my car for the oil change. I took the photos and my vehicle to another mechanic and he said everything they quoted was wrong besides the tires. It wasn't even an engine leak, something just needed to be tightened. Yet Romona tire quoted us 400$ in labor and 200$ for the part. This was so offensive. Do you think people are stupid? Disgusting predatory behavior. I should've known to stop coming here because when I came a few years ago for tires for my other vehicle, the salesman pushed the credit hard extremely hard even though I said no multiple times. He was visibly angry when I didn't want to sign up.
