I brought my own parts to be replaced and they forgot to put them in and I had to take another day off work for them to put those parts in. I thought they were honest and the original quote was reasonable but even bringing my own parts they kept raising the total. I definitely wouldn't go back here

I can't speak to his work on cars, but I went to his place to return a U-Haul. The place where I originally rented it had messed up on the equipment signed out to me, so when I turned it in, there was a big charge for equipment that I had actually not received. Although Ray had nothing at all to do with the original mess up, he patiently and calmly spent about 45 minutes on the phone with U-Haul Central and the other location sorting out the problem for me. He's clearly a very stand-up guy.

Accident took place 9/21 and car wasn’t not ready for pick up until 11/21 afternoon. Initial estimated date of repair was 13 days and Ray’s far exceeded 13 days of repair. When I probe regarding the delay of repairs was told that insurance company was a factor and that was not the case I have one of the largest,best insurance company in Florida, followed by car manufacturer delivering wrong parts constantly that’s the reason for delay and the Ukraine war cause parts not to come in. At the time of picking up the car, flood light had to be adjusted, the door was making a sound when opening, which he had to adjust, the grill is not secured and a crack in the grill is glued together which is visible to eye. I asked for a itemized sheet of repairs and have not been giving one. insurance was contacted for additional money for additional repairs; Owner did apologize for taking a long time to repair the vehicle and not communicating about the status of repairs. The secretary said she would call give me updates after I followed up about the status of the vehicle and that didn’t happen either. Places like this is one reason insurance is high for consumers in florida. I would let them fix my bike if it was broken

It says they are open at 9am on Saturdays but they aren’t. I had a U-Haul reservation for Saturday at 9. I’ve been here since 845, it’s currently 9:15. No one in sight and no one answering the phone! Not a good way to do business!
