Terrible Service! First the additional charges are ridiculous. You should be at least wiping the inside of my car for 25.00. But it’s an up charge. Next why after waiting 30 minutes I check to see and they have taken 5 cars ahead of mine and not even vacuumed until i asked. Then my car sits in the sun baking before they even put a rag on it. Never will I return to any of their locations. Do not waste your money. Very disappointed ☹️

Bummer. Dirty water drips. Towel dry didn't cover half the car. Bugs still on the windshield, rims as dirty as when I went in. I gave the 2nd star because my car wasn't worse than when it went in. Find a group of kids doing a fundraiser. They'll do a much better job. Bummer.

My car is old, and I have young children , I needed a deep clean, I pulled up this rude older lady opened the door to my back seat telling me to gather the trash, only two cups and some misc items . She then told me Harshly to pull up and start vacuuming , I said wait I’m going to pay $50 to clean it ? Or am I paying you to clean it? She didn’t have a response. On top of being shamed , they also want you to clean the vehicle. I grabbed my keys and got out of there. Looks like I’m not the only one with a bad experience there.

First, thank You. I think they did a good job considering what I had happen. No smell, no discoloration, carpet feels fine. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 instead of a five is because… 1) The few things that were in my front cup holder areas were put in my glove compartment and…. 2) My mats were in my trunk and still a bit wet Neither of which is a huge deal breaker as long as they communicate that verbally to the customers. Customers expect everything (including the mats) to still be in the normal spots when we get back in our vehicles, that’s all. So, not a complaint but more so a suggestion.

Trash!!!! I came here because I was pressed for time. I paid $45 for a full detail and wash and I still had to go to Zip Car wash after they were done to vacuum my car after. A lot of dog hair left behind and there was a lot of crumbs and crevices. Do yourself a favor and save yourself some money and just do the vacuum yourself and get a $12 wash from another car wash.

Paid $33 for wash and vacuum inside and there was trash on the inside and the dash was still dirty and untouched. This place sucks and is a rip-off. Find some place else to have your vehicle cleaned. Send in ice and get rid of the worthless lazy people working there.! Boycott this place!

Showed up for my 10am appointment, which clearly didn’t matter, and was quoted $130.00 and 2.5-3 hours by management. Came to get my car around the 3.5 hour mark, because I hadn’t been called that it was finished. Walked in and it wasn’t done. It took a total of FIVE AND A HALF HOURS to detail a Honda Civic, only the interior, and it’s not even clean. Retraining is something that should be prioritized. Extremely disappointed and I probably won’t be back to this location..

This used to be my favorite one to come to but not anymore. No Hi, how are you. Just which wash do you want, I need to look in your backseat, like Im smuggling something into the car wash. Then leave your keys inside. Pati g I couldnt hear the cashier and her whisper voice.

This place is a joke. I paid 39.99 for car wash, vacuum,wax, inside interior, armoral on tires and scrubbing. I would not recommend this place to anyone. No one has pride in their work any more. If I could give a zero I would. Pictures speak for the red carpet car wash.

Paid 51$ for my car and they kept doing other peoples cars before ours and left it filthy still dead bugs on it didn’t get the interior clean. The whole building smells like sewer gases. Now i have to go home and finish cleaning the inside my self. Also it will no longer allow me to share my photos.

Came here in previously and had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately this visit, that was not the case. Today 1/24/23, I pulled in and asked for a full interior detail, no exterior as it’s raining. I expressed I wanted the carpet and seats shampooed. Turns out I paid for was VIP which is full exterior and a basic interior wipe down. No impressed with communication or customer service. Posted pictures below taken immediately after as you can see the mats are still wet. This doesn’t even look that great.

I paid $165 for a completely unsatisfactory detail. There was conditioner all over the seats and smudges on every hard surface. I asked for a refund and an employee had to call the owner. She would not look at pictures or video on the phone and would not provide a refund. I will never return to this business and can’t comprehend why anyone would.

I will give it a 1 star because they washed the seats ok. I spent 240 on detail in and out to be honest their rags leave a lot of excess chemicals feels very greasy , the little crevasses still had gunk . There was absolutely nothing special done . That’s sucks when you pay a good price you want to be like I paid a lot of money so it can get done better than what I could do . Leave it to a professional. That did not happen !

My car is old and was really dirty but for $100, I don’t feel like there should have been visible dirt on my dashboard and radio/AC area. They did a wonderful job in the past which is why I chose to go there but now I won’t be back.

I would highly recommend you check your car or before you give the claim ticket back. $44 to wash by machine, vacuum, clean wheels and tires, and clean windows seemed reasonable because I didn't have to do the work but it wasn't done throughly and it took 75 minutes which most of that time was my car sitting, waiting for someone to put their hands to work! The windows weren't spotless and they sprayed my seats, steering wheel, brake and gas pedals with Armor All even after I said not to use inside my car!!!

Everytime I go here it is when my vehicle is a disaster and they do such a great job. This last time I brought a used vehicle I had just bought that was from a family of 6 heavily used and you could tell. When I got it back it looked almost new. They always do an amazing job I am always impressed and have no regrets will continue to use them.
