AMAZING! I moved here from Chicago a few years back and have tried to find a good detailer for my cars. Matt at Redemption is the best I have seen. He paint corrected and ceramic coated my Mitsubishi EVO. There were scratches and chips that I thought you could never get out - but he was able to make them all go away. Looks like a brand-new car. It was wild. The following week I took the car to a large car show and I won!!! Thank you, Matt!!

We cant say enough good things about Redemption. We brought in one of our work cars that had multiple jugs of water spilled on the floors, everything dog on every inch of the car…. The car smelled terrible and looked like a hog pen. Now it looks BRAND NEW! They even got the back dog compartment looking like it did when it got installed a year ago. It smells great and we will definitely be back to use their services again 💪🏼🙌🏻

Update: On my second car with them. Wife now takes her car to them as well. Absolutely fantastic! If I had a photo that did their work justice I would post it! Not generally one to write reviews, but wow! I genuinely didn't think there was much more that could be done with the car's paint, I was so very wrong. So completely above and beyond what was expected, I am at a loss for words. Attention to detail and mad skills

Matt did an amazing job with my truck. It honestly looks better than the day I bought it. This is the first time I’ve used Redemption Detail, and I will definitely be going back. I had a full detail (interior and exterior) done, and looks incredible. From the paint, to the trim pieces, to the wheels, to the leather, to floor and roof liners all look glossy clean. And they still look the same 3 days later when I’m posting this review. Matt’s attention to detail and thorough work are awesome. He also clearly gave me a time for how long it would take and was spot on with accuracy. He took the time after he was done to tell me all the specifics of what he did and the products he used. Pricing was more than fair. You would be hard pressed to find someone do a better job than Matt. I will 100% be using Redemption for all of my future detail needs.

My car is a 2005 Lincoln Towncar. (Before pictures attached below). I had purchased it a week prior to getting it detailed, and I just wanted it cleaned as the previous owner had a pet (I'm allergic and I had a newborn). The negative: - When I picked it up the first time, my vents were blowing out the insulating foam since he steamed the inside of it. Unfortunately, when it hit the surfaces in the car it smeared like peanut butter from being damp. I had to take it back. - My center console still had hair and crumbs in it. Matt told me the car really didn't have all that much dog hair to begin with so I was quite disappointed to see that. I actually noticed it and asked him to clean it when I brought it back. - My trunk didn't appear to have been touched. I would consider it part of the interior, but I didn't specifically ask for it to be cleaned. So maybe that one's on me? -My windows were streaked. I just cleaned it myself as I didn't want to go back a third time. - I paid $200 for an interior detail only. I feel like it just wasn't worth it. Even if there were no issues, I personally feel that it's steep. This was supposedly with a discount since we are in the same neighborhood. The positive: - The car was clean. I can't complain about the job he did on the seats, steering wheel, and carpets. The carpets especially were much improved and as good as they were going to get given their light color. - The smell was pleasant. - He was quick about taking the car back after hearing what happened. - He's a nice guy. He got me on the schedule in a timely manner and was very communicative/responsive. All in all, would I do it again? Probably not. I feel like this was a pretty straightforward job on an already tidy car. (Before pictures attached below). I actually waited a month to write this review to make sure I still feel the same. I do. It overall wasn't the most pleasant experience on my end.

I brought my Lucid Air to Matt for paint correction and ceramic coating immediately after picking it up. I was extremely impressed by his attention to detail and the high quality of his work. His communication and the timeliness of the project were also excellent. Matt took the time to educate me on how to properly care for the coating and provided a kit of cleaning supplies along with instruction on how to use them. He went above and beyond my expectations. The car looks amazing! I would highly recommend Matt and will definitely be returning to him in the future.
