This was my first time getting my car washed here, and they did an excellent job. I told the lady who assisted me that there was some tree resin on my car, and she said she wasn’t sure if it could be cleaned off but suggested we give it a try first. In the end, all the resin was cleaned off completely, and I am very satisfied. Thank you so much!

Went on a weekday around 5:50pm right before they close and there was no line. Did the basic drive through exterior wash, the process was pretty fast and painless and it did the job of cleaning bird poop off my car. There were some stubborn ones that remained but they’re just tiny dots that probably take some extra scrubbing. $15 was a reasonable price. They take card and Apple Pay.

This is my first time here. I had to get an emergency car wash after leaving work. Surprisingly, it wasn't too busy. They had a lot of car washes to choose from at a reasonable price. Post covid, I'm still weary of people cleaning and touching the inside of my truck. I chose an exterior car wash and followed the signs. It was super easy and fast. My car wasn't completely spotless, but for the price, it wasn't bad. I'll definitely be back soon.

I’m bringing our cars here every once in a while. One day, one car comes back really clean, the very next day, different crew, same car model, and the car comes back so dirty, I have to go and wash it by hand again. Wheels need more attention! Side skirts as well as the flies stuck to the front need a lot more attention! For the “Ultimate” option, I’m expecting a lot more, especially with so many people doing the actual work instead of just an automated carwash.

Above average wash. Quick with good results. Located on El Camino Real Redwood City. You stay inside your vehicle during the wash process. Hand Wax, Supreme Hand Wax, Gasoline fill up and vacuum services also available. Large and helpful staff. They offer a monthly payment plan. For only about $25 a month, you can wash your vehicle once a day. Not bad if you like to keep your car clean.

I paid $300 for full cleaning. I was in rush and didn’t inspect the car and when I got home realized the back of the front seats are not washed. I went back the next week for the second time and they cleaned it. Later I noticed they didn’t clean the headliner. I went back to talk to manager but the person in charge just offered to clean it without any further compensation or even a simple apology. So I just left. In summary , I paid $300, had to go there 3 times and still have to clean it myself.

You know this particular car wash is really hit and miss. I guess like anything else it all depends on the employees. Sometimes you go in and it's pretty good there are a couple guys at the very beginning using soap wands and kind of prepping your car to go through the car wash they're hitting the bugs in the front and the back and sometimes you go in and you can tell they just don't care sometimes the tracks are moving really fast and they just push your car through and you get to the end and everybody is all stacked up. And I don't know if it's just this car wash or ???? They also don't wipe off the roof of your car ever. But that being said it is only $17 but be prepared to towel dry off parts your own car. I wanted to update this review this is definitely one of the good times in the Redwood City car Wash. What are the best people I've had at the beginning of the car wash he used the ones he pre-brush my Jeep the guy's name was Antonio you guys need to keep this guy

Car wash service: I had the unfortunate experience of being misguided onto their track as well as off of the track, ripping two holes in my undercarriage. Then the staff showed me video that did not include the service person guiding me in the initial time nor any video when I was instructed to exit. The manager's response was a preformatted response and did not take into account my report of events nor the angle of the tracks opening (a Y-formation). They were highly dismissive, likely because they otherwise do well in there business. They showed no evidence that proved I entered without guidance & refused to show the other angles of the car from other camera angles.

Title: Beware of deceptive upselling and aggressive behavior. I am writing this review to warn others about the deceptive practices at this car wash. My experience was extremely unprofessional and bordered on a scam. While my car’s interior was being cleaned, I was asked if I wanted the mats washed. I clearly said "no". A few minutes later, I was called over, shown the mats, and asked again. I said "no" again. The employee was very insistent, claiming they needed to be washed to get them clean. I explicitly told her that "I did not want to be sold anything extra", but if they wanted to wash them, they could. They went ahead and washed them, but just as I was about to leave, they demanded payment for the mats. When I refused, they lied and claimed I had requested the service. I was never quoted a price, and I had clearly declined twice. It wasn't until I threatened to call the police that they grudgingly backed off and dropped the charge. To make matters worse, I witnessed the same employee aggressively yanking on the handle of an automatic sliding door multiple times, which speaks to the lack of care and professionalism here. Be very careful if you come here—verify prices and stand your ground.

This is my “washed” car. What a joke. Edit* Instead of owning the fact that you did a terrible job washing my car you blamed it on me. My car was fully detailed less than 6 months ago and I get it washed at least once a month. I had just got back from a road trip so yes the exterior of my car was dirty, hence why I was taking it in to get washed. This place is a joke, you are paying for a drive thru car wash. They spent less than 2 minutes doing any cleaning by hand. The photo from inside my car was taken as I was pulling out of the car wash in disbelief of the crap job they did. You can clearly see the same smudges and dirt in the following pics from the exterior. If you spent as much time washing my car as you did responding to my review we would have no issues here.
