They take care of you like you are family. I have dropped by multiple times and each time they immediately help me giving pricing and work was done same day and stayed late to ensure the job was completed. The owner oversees and does the work. I stumbled upon them looking for lights to be installed for my truck, and grateful I did. I had an outstanding experience with this company when I brought in my Chevy Silverado for a transmission rebuild. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Regency Auto Care deserves 100 stars! That might sound excessive but it is definitely not. Regency was recommended to me by a friend and I will be forever indebted to him. Over my 60 years of driving I have had a lot of cars and been to a lot of auto repair shops, but never one that is so customer oriented, knowledgeable, humble and well, yes, kind beyond belief. Family owned and operated, they have great respect for each other and the goal is to have happy customers. I definitely am. They went above and way beyond to take care of me and my aging 2004 Kia Sedona. A top priority is the safety of their customers. I am forever humbled that they helped ensure that I would be safe and I wouldn't get stranded until I can get more work done. Their kindness will definitely be a part of their legacy and I am honored to have been a recipient of that. What a great asset to the community. If you want fair top notch service and repairs, big or small, you will NOT go wrong in trusting the Regency family with your auto needs and concerns. Every single person I talked to was professional, polite and very kind. That's rare, as Regency is. I'm excited to save up and finish all the work, but thanks to them I am not stranded. Regency Auto Care Unlimited is an absolutely wonderful automotive shop. They take wonderful care of their customers. They are fast, dependable and extremely thorough. We recently took our car to them to have a gas leak checked and found a lot more wrong with our car. They got the work done so quickly and when I drove off with the car it was as if I was driving it off the showroom floor. Our car has never run better. The ladies in the front office are so pleasant and helpful as well as the mechanics. Every question or concern I had was handled quickly and efficiently. Needless to say I recommend this shop 1000% and will not take my car anywhere else.

I can honestly say my experience with Regency Auto Care has been as perfect as one could expect from auto repair shop. The entire staff is professional and courteous. Their level of automotive knowledge is unmatched. During the vehicle inspection, they literally go over your vehicle with a fine tooth comb and show you photo/video of the issue. Gammy n his crew saved the life of my car! I was ignorant to the fact that taking my car for quick oil changes to Walmart (it was convenient at the time, but bad decision!) they do not check the fluids as Gammy‘s crew always does. It turned out my transmission fluid was bone dry which caused other issues n my car was going to be on life-support soon had I not taken it to Regency. Gammy has been my mechanic for many many years.. I was well overdue for a major tuneup. Regency got to work and fixed the seven major problems due to my lack of care. I feel safe on the road again! I have many friends who take their vehicles to Regency, knowing that they’ll get the best care at the lowest rate, and the customer service (family style) is top of the line. Special thanks to his daughter, Paola, who took me to n from my house bc I didn’t have transportation to get my car back.
