We stopped by to pick up some things for our camping trip (grand canyon/zion nation park) and Chaku was so nice and helpful. She was a delight to chat with and had a wonderful interaction with her!

Went in to pick up a product that was in stock based off website. The person working that section was too lazy too see if my crazy creek chair was in the back. “I promise you we don’t have it”….just go look…you have nothing else to do…I’ll order off amazon.

A few months ago, when the LA fire occurred, a friend of mine an his fire fighter friends from out of state were stationing without having the time to gather warm gears, so I traveled all around the stores in Las Vegas for emergency blankets. Guess what the only place was that had plenty and also provided discount for the gears?

I’m giving this a two star review because they had the product that I wanted and the guy was very helpful in finding it however when I got to the register, the girl was so pushy about their membership and I said no thank you and she says well I’m gonna tell you anyway and I said no thank you and she proceeded after I said it twice to tell me and then I said no and she said well some people Don’t like to save money. That’s the first time I’ve been called “some people”. I walked out feeling angry and upset.

Come on REI, these shoes are damaged and should be thrown out. This is not minor flaws as the card notes. The shoes require a resole to be used. Several other pairs at this location were also in the same condition. They should not have been taken back as they are clearly used, and abused.

While we were paying for our items, 2 guys walked out the door without paying, 3 jackets each. Nobody did anything and when I asked the cashier they told me this behavior happens all the time and that they aren’t allowed to do anything about it or interfere, or else they get fired for the confrontation. It’s only fair to ask the management of the store to take care of the employees to make sure that they work in a safe environment. It’s unbelievable to go to a place like this, pay expensive merchandise just to see people essentially being “allowed” to walk out with these items people earn hard earned money for.

Initially I was planning to purchase my cargo box at REI Boca Park Summerlin resulting in a horrible experience, the staff wouldn’t recommend a box for my 4Runner & instructed me to do my own research on line for measurements. I went to Rack Attack on West Sahara, Las Vegas, it was a total different experience, I received great customer service, recommendations & staff made sure to take measurements for fitting on my cargo box purchase / Yakima. The Yakima 16. sky box turned out to be an excellent choice for my trip, it didn’t make a difference on gas mileage due to its aero shape, and the heavy rain didn’t penetrate inside the box protecting my luggage & electronics. I definitely recommend Rack Attack, thank you

The staff at this store are all top notch, but Daniel in the bike shop deserves a special shout out. He was super helpful when I brought my new bike in and took time to explain a few things to me. I highly recommend giving this location your business
