I never give reviews but this workshop really deserves one, Allen the owner went above and beyond in customer service, honestly my best experience so far it gave me a fair price and communicated clearly with me regarding the problem my bmw z4 had, once the service was completed he gave me some recommendations and tips on how to keep my bmw z4 working without problems and gave me additional tips in case I would like to sell it. I highly recommend this place they are probably the best in town, I will definitely come back.

Allen and his team might not be the biggest in the city, but let me tell you they get the job done the right way the first time. They fixed the real problem in my cars braking system that a nationwide brake franchise failed at. Thank you guys for your quick response, honesty, quick turnaround, and fair pricing! Edit 6/29/23: Service over the years, they do it all. 4/16/21 - Driver Axle Shaft 7/2/21 - Passenger Axle Shaft 7/2/21 - Power Steering Hose 7/8/22 - Passenger Motor Mount 2/10/22 - AC Compressor Kit 6/15/23 - Front and Rear Catalytic Converters 6/15/23 - Front and Rear Oxygen Sensors *************************************** Have come here for major repairs four times and every time the service is quality in the past 3 years. The service is also fast and same day. I would recommend their services. Management and employees are great individuals too!

I would give 0 stars if possible. Have you ever wondered why car technicians have the stereotype of taking advantage of people? Revive Auto will sure show you why. Is it normal for breaks to squeak and grind after replacing? I didn't think so either, but this dump will tell you otherwise. After getting my breaks replaced, and taking it back a week later for them to re-look at, I was told, "It's because of the rust and you probably should sell this vehicle asap." First of all, I have lived in Illinois for 28 years and have never heard that rust excuse (I called auto shops back home and they laughed). After hearing that aka the biggest red flag , I needed a second & PROFESSIONAL opinion so I took my vehicle into the Chevy dealership (I should of taken to Chevy from the start.) Revive auto used the CHEAPEST break pads on the market which answers why my breaks are continuing to squeak/grind after being replaced. I will now have to replace my breaks sooner than I should because of Revive Auto cutting corners. Please do your research and take your vehicle anywhere else but here. I know this will be case by case but save your time and energy and look elsewhere especially if you are a women or under age of 30.

Had to get some minor work done to my bumper due to scratches and they did an amazing job. My bumper looks brand new again. We called and got quotes from a couple other places and there’s was 1/2 the cost of the others. They were fast and friendly too. Highly recommend their services.

Working With Allen was a breeze, he was 100% transparent with costs, and parts needed and did not shy away from helping me deal with insurance when they did not cover the damages. He was so quick to respond to any messages I sent, and allowed me to check out my car during the process. He walked me through everything they did step by step and made me feel so comfortable leaving my car there. Him and his team did an amazing job making my Mini Cooper look brand new again!

Allen and Lola were so nice and friendly. My headlight was out. I called and they took me as a walk in. 10 min later, done! Allen gave me an estimate, which was also reasonable. No hidden fees. Allen is a great guy; I brought my car in after it got rear ended (he was willing to see it same day which is about 2 months sooner than any other place) and he took his time to talk to me about my car and helped me navigate the insurance company. He gave me realistic estimates, was always in clear communication, and was able to work with me when needed. I was very happy with the amazing service I received there and am planning on returning for any additional car needs!

Took our Jeep here after causing some minor damage to the front bumper. Allen, the shop owner, was fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable, communicative, honest and quoted the repairs at about half the cost that I had received elsewhere. They were able to repair the bumper in a matter of a few days and we were extremely happy with the work. I would definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here for repairs.

Allen and his team are exceptional individuals that really care about their customers. I discovered them thru Yelp as you can request estimate and price services. Needing my a/c Freon serviced and by far his prices were the most inclusive and cost effective. I provided my dealerships diagnostics report. He and his team walked me the entire way and gave me varios price/ service options. When I decided the one I wanted to move forward made an appointment left my vehicle and they let me know o needed a new ac compressor! It was 3 times more than what I was going to spend. I talked about different options and that this part came with a lifetime At that time I was ready to give up and not have a working ac because it would take me sometime to collect the money for my repairs. I found out there is a payment plan option I was approved and he ordered the parts right away and dropped off my car even the parts arrived. The part that arrived was defective and they had to order a new one for safety reasons. The turnaround time was simply unheard of he got the new part the very next day and had my working vehicle with freezer cold ac the very next day. I used to work total loss and estimatics for an insurance carrier and never in life have scene so much motivation and dedication to help a stranger that will now be a lifelong customer. I know as a female some individuals or vendors may way to pull a fast one thinking most women don't know about cars. Allen and his team were honest, courageous and committed to helping everyone! You can see they love what they do and helping their clients. I recommend them whole heartedly if you want an honest and transparent service vendor! Revive is your one stop shop!

My car was a target of vandalism earlier this year and I used Yelp to get quotes for scratch repair. Allen from Revive Auto Center was super responsive and so I set up an appointment to get an estimate. I found the shop easily and was welcomed by the team. Allen and his wife are very understanding people and I felt comfortable talking to them and explaining my situation. I received an estimate not long after I left the shop, and was able to set up a time to bring in my car the following week. I felt I was given a fair estimate which I am grateful for. Drop off was simple, thanks to Austin. I was told it would take a few days for my car to be ready, so I was prepared. I called the office at the end of the week and was sent an invoice and a pickup time. My car looks great and they did a lot of work considering the time it was in the shop. I really appreciate Allen and his team and recommend him for body shop repairs! I recently brought in my car for additional repairs and am satisfied with the thorough and effective work done by Allen, Austin and the crew at Revive. Thank you!

I’ve brought my cars here for a few years now. Austin is an experienced and knowledgeable mechanic and he is my go to anytime I need anything. He did extensive work on my Bronco and exceeded expectations. My truck runs better than ever! Allen and his wife are awesome people, and it has always been clear to me they run this family owned shop built on integrity. I’m all for supporting a small locally owned business when it’s organized, clean, respectful, and honest like Revive. The communication has always been clear regarding options and regular updates, it matches the quality of their work! I can’t think of a single negative. This review is a long time coming! As with all major vintage auto restorations, there is a HUGE learning curve for ALL concerned. It took me some time to realize this and I can only hope that the Revive staff can forgive my neglect with this review, as well as my lack of understanding of all the dedication and hard work that it took to transform my dad's vintage 1952 Chevy 3100 pickup from an old rust bucket into a beautifully restored showpiece! The smile it brought to my dad's face when he first saw "his (restored) baby" is something that I will never forget and always cherish! Allen and his staff poured every ounce of their souls into this restoration and spent extra time + weekends to try to get it show-ready. I can't say enough good things about the body shop staff (Jose, Guillermo, Sergio), and Revive master mechanic, Austin. They exceeded my expectations and were certainly the most conscientious, professional, and respectful auto shop personnel that I have ever had the privilege of entrusting to work on my vintage truck (before or since). If you are looking for a reliable auto shop staff to entrust with your vehicle (especially your vintage vehicle), I highly recommend that you stop in and talk with Allen and meet his staff. I am certain you'll find their dedication and professionalism unrivaled! Thanks again, Allen and Revive staff!
