I believe the mechanics at Reynoso Shop are skilled and honest in their work. However, I had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff, which made me question who was in charge—the secretary or the mechanics. I brought my car in for a radiator and cooling fan replacement, but unfortunately left with more problems than I came in with. During the installation, the radiator socket was broken, and my check engine light came on. While the team was honest in admitting they broke the socket, they attributed it to the age of the car, which didn’t feel like a satisfactory explanation for the damage caused during their work. What was most disappointing was the lack of consideration for the inconvenience they caused. Instead of working with me to resolve the problem, I was left with additional headaches and no offer to help cover the damage. I was given a temporary fix and was told to buy a new radiator. I trust their mechanical skills, but they need to improve on how they handle customer service and take responsibility for mistakes made during repairs. At the end of the day, this experience caused me more trouble than it solved. Update: If Carmen’s offer was to cover for my radiator and I cover the labor I would immediately give this shop a 5 star. I said I believe there mechanics are honest and skilled to perform a nice job. We all make mistakes; but if I misunderstood and was offered a radiator at no cost to me except for the labor. I would 5 star this shop and recommend anyone I know to come here.

The mechanic is great but waiting with his wife in the office is uncomfortable. RESPONSE TO OWNER. I HAVE BEEN IN YOUR SHOP MULTIPLE TIMES. CERTAINLY NOT THE TIRE SHOP NEXT DOOR. REYNOSO IS A GREAT MECHANIC HOWEVER HIS WIFE WILL MAKE YOU SIT OUTSIDE IF YOU DONT HAVE A MASK ON REGARDLESS IF SHE IS WEARING ONE AT THE MOMENT OR NOT
