We called them because we were stuck in a parking garage with a dead battery and needed a jump. The lady over the phone would not give us any information until we gave our card information over the phone. We asked if they could give an ETA on how long it would take to get to us before we paid (we gave them our location), and they wouldn't even give us an answer until we gave a card number. The whole thing seemed scammy.
