Chuck, the owner, went above and beyond with installing the transmission in my 2006 Nissan Titan. In the past year I have had to do a few repairs as one would with any high mileage vehicle. Every time that I have done business with Richfield Transmission they have been very professional and preform high quality work for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this shop.

I'm glad I found this shop. My truck wasn't running correctly and had several issues, chuck and his crew took care of it and had it back running in no time, they really know what they are doing. His prices are reasonable as well. I would strongly recommend you to use this shop to do any service on your vehicle.

Chuck and the guys are top notch! Had a few issues with our 14 Grand cherokee and some scheduled maintenance to be done. They used oem parts as requested and labor was very reasonable. Much cheaper than the dealership and you get much better personal service. I'm very picky when it comes to mechanics working on my vehicles and I was comfortable throughout this process. Specifically told me NOT to put a transmission in my 99 Chevy and save my $(I did so against his advice at his shop) truck still runs great 2 years later no issues. Besides that Chuck has went above and beyond getting my 2017 Ram into his shop finding and fixing the issues and getting me back on the road and working. I usually never leave reviews but this shop is the best I've been to. I talked with Chuck about how I had my car in multiple shops and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Richfield transmission diagnosed all issues and did multiple repairs at a reasonable price. The car had a small issue a few weeks after all repairs were done. Brought the car back in and some of the wires were loose from the ignition switch. Got it all taken care of and didn't charge me any additional fees. I appreciate the honesty of these guys and willingness to work with their customers. Thanks!

Good shop. Chuck and the techs were able to describe what they intended to do, gave me exact prices (down to the penny) and let me make the call on if wanted it done or not. I had most of what they recommended done. The work order was very clear in regards to work performed. very professional. You might find a cheaper place out there, but you get what you pay for. I will bring my vehicles there again.

Best repair experience ever! Chuck is awesome plain and simple. My transmission started going out last week and he tried everything short of replacing the whole thing because that is one of the more costly repairs for a car. I was notified with step by step progress in regards to the diagnostic process and given options at each step which made me feel comfortable and also that I wasn't being taken advantage of. My part was delivered late from the distributer and while it was not the shops fault, they helped me out with transportation so I could continue to commute to work and that was greatly appreciated as rentals can be very costly. They didn't have any loaner cars available at the time and I was allowed to use the "shop van" which to me was the difference between getting to work or not! Much thanks to Chuck and the team! You guys are awesome!!!

I brought my 2019 Silverado 2500 here due to a torque converter clutch code and losing 5th and 6th gear. Not only did they get my truck in quick, but they got it fixed even faster! As of right now I'm about 300 miles into my rebuilt transmission and I have zero complaints! If you want your vehicle fixed quickly and correctly then you'd better stop in! I will likely update my review over time as I put more and more miles on the truck.

THERE ARE NO WORDS TO EXPLAIN WHAT A GREAT JOB THESE GUYS DID ON MY 76 STINGRAY......THIS CAR IS ONLY DRIVEN 3 TO 4 MONTHS OUT OF A YEAR .
