Rick was awesome and so accommodating for a last minute request. Both my CEL and transmission lights came on while driving on the hwy so I immediately detoured to the nearest autozone to get a reading. They couldn’t help me. Found Rick’s info via Google and luckily he agreed to check my car out on a Sunday (and Mother’s Day!) and spent the time to try to diagnose the issue and explained everything to me. He answered all my questions and gave me peace of mind so I could continue driving safely to my final destination. I cannot thank Rick enough for helping me out last minute. If I’m ever in a bind again when I’m in Tucson, I’m happy I now know who to call. Highly recommend!
