I cannot say enough about Ethan from Ricks Reflections Mobile Detailing! I wormed my dog in my vehicle, went to get her a Pup Cup and made a few more stops. What I didn’t know was that somewhere in the process she vomited her wormer pill and cup of whipped cream up down the side of the seat and door unbeknownst by me. 3 days later - my car reeked!! Ethan came out on a busy Saturday, took care of my interior disaster, gave me a link how to change the cabin filter, spent 2 hours on my vehicle. Give him a call, he was AMAZING!!!

For the price of the mini detail, which is supposed to be the top of the line interior cleaning and exterior wash I would have expected all the grime too be removed and left shiny. The outside of the car looked great, (it wasn't very dirty to begin with). There inside was not so great. Still a lot of grime left behind and the plastic did not get much conditioning. At first blush it was acceptable, but after taking extensive pictures I can see all the dirt left behind. I'm not horribly dissatisfied, but I'm not sure I received there value I was expecting.

Overall great experience with their mobile detailing, exterior, interior, paint correction ceramic coat interior, exterior and wheels on my 2023 BMW X5. I also use them for quarterly interior and exterior maintenance. Hard to be at the service and quality of work Ethan provides I had put off doing everything for over a year after buying my X5 new. Primarily because most places required me to leave my car with them for a week. When I came across Rick's I was excited they could do everything at my house and in one day. They will come back in a couple weeks to do the secondary wash and check. Overall communication is top notch. Ethan laid out everything in advance and set expectations. Rick's was available and responded quickly. Ethan and Caleb arrived on time, and I could tell they knew what they were doing. It was a great day weather wise for the work they'd complete. It was unseasonably cool, overcast with light rain in the morning. Other than humidity, it was ideal for what they needed. They arrived promptly on time at 8am and explained everything they'd do with the car to get it where I wanted it. I added an interior coating at the time based on their suggestion. The two man team did most of the work inside my garage. They did the interior first, then washed the car, paint correction, coated the interior and exterior. Took the wheels off and completed their coating. They did run out of the interior package I added upon their recommendation, but they explained they'd complete when they do a wash in two weeks. All good and great communication. The car looks great and I'll refrain from driving it much over the next week. I'll also refrain from washing it to let it properly cure. Again an overall very positive experience and exceeds my expectations currently. Appreciate the work that Caleb and Ethan completed. Thank you!

Ricks Reflections did an incredible job with my brand new X5. I had the car for less than a week and took it to Ricks to get a full ceramic coating with an 8 year warranty. I did my research and found they use the top of the line tier 1 ceramic coating product, which was superior to almost every competitor. Ethan did a great job of communication, walking me through the process, and being flexible as the delivery date of the car was being finalized. He even gave me a ride home after dropping the vehicle with him. He went above and beyond in every way - if you’re looking for a ceramic coating for your vehicle, look no further than Rick’s!

Employed Ethan and team to detail the exterior of my 1991 Corvette. It had never been detailed and had swirls and other marks. To be fair, the paint correction was a big improvement but when I got the car back there were some clouded spots due to the ceramic coating. There were also some areas they missed cleaning like when you opened the hood, the front inside of the door, and below the rocker panel. Was told the cloudy appearance was due to curing and he would come back to do a first wash and take care of the clouded areas. I watched as Ethan very aggressively used the buffing machine on a clouded area on front quarter. Then he and his employee very quickly washed the car in a rush and left. Pulled the car into the garage after finishing drying the water spots that they left behind and a couple weeks later took it out for first time to a car show. That's when I noticed in the bright sun I could see distinctly the area he buffed aggressively. It wasn't visible until the sun was shining directly on it. I attempted to contact Ethan to discuss and he texted me that he was in Mexico and would contact me when he returned. Never heard from him, tried 2 or 3 more times to contact and left messages but he blew me off never returning any of my calls. Disappointed in this unprofessional behavior. this is in response to Ethan's comments below. there was not a 3 month time period from the time the work was done to my contacting Ethan. Work was in September, contacted Ethan Oct 20th via text. That is 1 month. When Ethan came back to do the follow up wash and finished it I pulled the car into the garage and had not driven it for a few weeks so I had not had any opportunity to view in sunlight until I took to the car show. That is when, in strong sunlight I noticed that the area he reworked was showing in the sunlight. Honestly, when it was in the strong sunlight is the only time I can see the buffing marks I am referring to. Was told out of country and would contact me upon return. States that there was a message left upon return. UNTRUE, no phone or text message left. I made several more calls and left messages, finally sent text on 11/1 to state I was still wanting to speak to Ethan. No return call or text. Then called on 11/3 and left voicemail. No return contact. Even now after my review and his response he has not reached out. I've included screen shot of my texts to him below.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic mobile detailing — highly recommend! I booked Rick’s Reflections as an early Christmas gift for my husband, and they did an amazing job. The team even showed up in Santa hats, which was a great touch. The exterior looks incredible, and the interior is spotless — so clean that I can now see we need a paint repair on the hood! Their communication was excellent: text updates the day before, the morning of, and when they were 15 minutes out. Super professional. I also had them do my car with extra attention to the interior. Night-and-day difference. You’d never know we have a dog, but I've uploaded a photo of him and Comfort Puppy just to prove that we really do have a dog. Great quality, great service, great experience. 5 stars without hesitation.
