Had an apt and went to get my wheels mounted but owner did not wanted to even try to check the problem. Called Untouchables and they were super and Action tires in 46 took care of the issue. Simply missing a inside ring fit for my car.

Car was dropped off for a simple 10 minute installation. I was in the downtown area so I arrived 3 hrs later my car still was not ready. I told the manager I was on my lunch break and asked how long it would take. Of course I was upset. There was another customer there arguing about their car. He ignored me and after asking two more times he finally said less than 15mins. I waited outside went back in and he asked is it ready. I answered is it?! He goes to the back of the shop and they still weren't working on my car. I clearly heard his worker say that. He tells me just go around back its ready. I go and my car is not in the shop. It's still parked in the street. One of the workers says You know miss it's Monday and nobody wants to work on Mondays. Are you kidding me?!?! Well he sure didn't mind me paying 3 days ahead of time. His worker finally put the car in the garage and did the job when he was done he told me it was ready with the worst attitude ever. I was planning on getting my lights and tints done there but I would rather spend my money elsewhere. You know somewhere that has something called customer service. It's time these Patersom businesses realize that the customers are what keeps them opened for business. Please don't go here!!

Worse experience with the owner. He does not know what's he's doing when it comes to foreign cars. Had my headlights fog light replaced with LED lights in end result my entire left side does not work and is burned out. Damaged due to incorrect lights installed to my vehicle. Always trying to change prices just to get more money from you. Don't take your vehicle to that establishment.

****Visited this place , got a job done poorly . 8 weeks later a issue where it would not turn on . Went back and this place doesn’t even cover warranties . So if you buy something here and a product becomes defective, you are responsible. Never doing business here again!!!! Rude once they have your money . You've been warned !

I pass by this place quite often on my way to work and never really went in because I didnt really have a need to. I blew out a tire on one of my cars one day and decided to see if they could help me out since they deal with wheels. The transaction went fairly smooth from the initial conversation on the phone to see if they could source the tire for me. It wasnt in stock but they were able to have it in the same day mounted and ready to go for the right price and it all happened as quoted. I have zero complaints there. They are local enough for me to keep dealing with them. I have 2 other cars that I am in the market of getting some new tires for. I usually go to a spot but hey if i can get the same or better pricing mounted and balanced right down the block from me it will be a no brainers.

Installed my speakers but prior i ask what was the culprit lied say would check into it. Took my money had to go else where for my radio to work all they see is money and will lie. No honesty. Boy installed it and said boss said only put in speakers. Only reason i gave 2 stars because the speakers were decent after i got it fix else where.

Poor Customer Service and they dont honor quotes they give over the phone/social media regardless of how specific you are on the work you need done. Let me walk out the door over $40. They lost thousands over $40. Bad business, no integrity and the man that helped me said he had no problem not helping me if I didnt wanna pay more even though they gave me a quote for the work prior to me walking in there. My Jeep Club will invest our money elsewhere.

Super unprofessional. He got a loading zone ticket on my car while he was doing a service a year ago and never informed me. Now I have to pay for something I didn't do. I will never do business with him again.

this place has not respect at all for customers, the owner has not concept of what education and customer service is. i was asking a simple question while he was working on my car and the owner replied to me "do no ask me anything get out of here". I do not recommend this place at all. I paid 250 dollars for window tinting and I received a verbal abuse from the owner just because i asked about the car and the time that they will be close or done. Por favor gente hay mejores formas de responder a los clientes nuestro dinero vale mucho y mas en este tiempo de crisis. Nunca pense que este sitio fuera tan poco profesional y que tratara la gente como basura. el dueno es una basura

This place it's awesome... I got my tints window, a car stereo with navigation system installed... i was amazed with another truck they worked on installing the HID lights and for sure this coming weekend I will go and install them and next following going for my remote starters.. customer service it's great and what's much better it's what I end paying. No complaints !!!!

This service was tremendously horrid and an outright insult to even the nicest of people. An attitude and arrogance that should normally be suited for those of political figures, the service here treats you as if you’re causing them a sort of inconvenience as if you’re not offering them business as a customer. The snarky replies to very common question than anyone would ask whose not a tire expert would ask. I have never felt more degraded on a phone conversation and to make matters worst, I’m sure they treat everyone like this because it clearly didn’t matter that he had no idea it was me he was talking to. This place is terrible and the service is the absolute worst, rating: 0.3 out of 10, NEVER GO HERE!

The service is terrible, when I brought my radio to the shop he had rude comments saying “this is a cheap $60 radio” he extremely lacked hospitality. My car was getting “serviced “for about five hours!!! When the radio is a 1-2 hour job. Just for me to come back and have nothing done to my vehicle. He did not have the proper equipment and parts needed for someone who’s “been doing radios for years”. He had a very nasty and rude attitude when I did not want to pay him for a undone job, he left my radio undone with wires hanging out and told me to “ put it back in myself” had a very nasty attitude, 0/ 10 would never recommend. He needs to never do business again. Does not know how to treat customers.

This people used my jeep to go get food in Newark when it was in the shop for a snow plow installation (They left the receipt and 2 dollars change in my truck) mind you their shop is in Paterson. I had to take the Jeep to the boss dealer to correct what this people did, and they said that they did a hackjob and allowing me to leave their shop with the mount how it was mounted it was a safety hazard. -Cables on top of the radiator -Missing bolts on the mount (They only installed 6 out 10 bolts) -Using excessive spacers on the 6 bolts -Metal screws on the fuse box -ABS ESP and engine lights are now on and they refuse to fix it. -They cut the frame without my authorization I have letters and pictures of everything proving NOW I have to re-pay the dealer now to get things done correctly. Oh and another thing, I went to test the plow when they installed it to make sure that everything was working good and the OWNER said that "if I couldn't hook it back up that they weren't going to help me with it" and when I told them that I was worried about the plow falling on the parkway because of the loss of fluid the OWNER said "is possible" and they allowed me to leave the shop in that condition. When I spoke to the owner he called me names and threated me saying “I know where you live” Already called the police department and my lawyer is aware of this. BE AWARE OF THIS SHOP, they have a –D in the better business bureau.

Called this place up as I was on my way to another spot just to make sure I had the best options. Calling and getting info wasn’t super easy and he explained that his “nasty” reviews was due to the amount of people that call and his need to get to everyone, that was weird because I didn’t look at that but he said he had some options to what I was looking for which was a powered subwoofer. He told me if I was serious to just come in so... 15 mins later I arrived. After a little wait for a previous phone call he came to me and showed me some options and explained a few things and quickly did I find what I wanted. Price and size of the actual sub was more then what I was going for but it was a nice deal as I got the sub and installation a tad cheaper than what it retails for which was a surprise to me to find out. He quoted me 2 hours but it took 3 IRL but that wasn’t bad since I was a little busy anyway. I arrived back just 10 mins shy of that 3 hour mark and within a few mins my car was ready. Everything worked out nicely and I’m super happy with my work although I still think I went overboard lol. I will definitely look to getting future service here and can surely recommend if you have just a smidge of patience for all they do there. 5 Stars.

I had a very bad experience at this tire shop. The customer service was extremely poor. The guy at Rigo’s tries to act overly professional, but instead he comes off like he thinks he knows everything and that the customer doesn’t know anything about his job. Rather than helping, he talks down to you and expects you to just accept whatever he says and “respect it.” A good business should treat customers with respect and explain things in a helpful way, not make them feel stupid. If you value good customer service and being treated properly, don’t waste your time here. There are plenty of other tire places that will actually respect their customers.
