They were great and I highly recommend. They came out and helped get my car running. They didn’t try to scam me by making me pay for random stuff. I would definitely use them again.

I called on a Sunday during closing time and the woman was so kind and attentive to my needs. She gave me a quick synapses of what may have happened and the solutions that they could possibly provide for my Buick Enclave. Jake, the mechanic came over to my vehicle in Estero and went through physically ever possible way they could get my vehicle back on the road. I truly appreciate them and will recommend their services to all in need.

Ever have a week that just keeps getting worse? Yep. Me too…then my wheel fell off. Great. Super cool. I’ve got my three kids in the car, it’s rush hour, and now I’m stranded on Alico. I’m standing in tears trying to hold myself together when Jacob pulls off behind me and tells me to take a breath and hang tight—- he’s a mobile mechanic and he’ll see if he can help me out. Wait. What? Yes. A mobile mechanic, right there. I didn’t call him. He didn’t know me. He didn’t ask for my name or money or anything. He checked my vehicle, saw my entire wheel had come off, found one of the nuts (?) and then called the local auto shops until he found one that had the rest of the nuts in stock. While I got the kids situated, Jake went to the auto parts store and grabbed the necessary parts. He came back, put my wheel back on, and then checked the other three to make sure they were secure. He then drove behind me to make sure I got home safely. So, here I am, ugly crying because some stranger saw I needed help and *actually* did something about it. I am so grateful. My night progressed as it should’ve and the kids stayed on schedule because Jacob happened to be there, ready, able, and *willing* to help some woman he’d never even met. Amazing. Faith in humanity successfully restored. If you’re looking for a mobile mechanic, you’ve found him. Call him up. Get his help. You won’t just be calling a mechanic, you’ll be calling on an actual human to help you out and he’ll be there when you need him most. Thank you, Jacob. -Nicole

Jake is awesome. He went above in beyond by coming in our house same day we called him and told him about the issue. He was able to fix our car issues even though it was raining and a little late, he still working on it and the next day he came and did oil change also. Reasonable price and hassle free. No need to wait at an autoshop for so long. You can just relax or do something in your home while he fix your car right into your drive way. He is the best.

Jake hooked me up with an oil change and made it suuuper easy. Pulled up, got it done really quick, no stress at all. Way better than sitting around at a shop all day. 100% will be hitting him up again.

Rising Sun is a fantastic automotive service! I found Jake and his company on Google after encountering many roadblocks getting my blown head gasket fixed on my Honda. He was able to receive my vehicle and preform the repair in a timely manner while giving me updates with pictures and videos while also including suggestions along the way! Whenever I had a question Jake responded promptly and with valuable insight, I found his methods to be very accommodating and straightforward. Rising Sun specializes in Japanese vehicle maintenance and repairs of all brands not just Toyota which gave me confidence in choosing Jake and his company for my recent repairs. I feel I now have a regular reliable and trustworthy mechanic who I will continue to use for all of my vehicles maintenance and repair needs moving forward! Thanks Jake!
