Still trying to figure out why it took 2 YEARS to take out and replace and engine. Car still doesn’t even run and missing lots of bolts from car. Car came home with lots of scratches and dents. Can’t even keep his own car running, makes you think if he can even fix yours. Plus he’s is a prevent, he couldn’t keep his hands on a girl that couldn’t have been more than 17. Would not recommend.

They are fast friendly and affordable. The owner walks you thru what they are doing to your car and then walks you thru what they are going to do to fix it!! He’s very nice and makes sure you understand why they have to do the process they are. I have recently moved to the area and I will say I have found my new mechanics!!!!

At all levels, Mr. Rivera is always honest and fair with his estimates and timely with his work. I always refer this shop when someone asks if I know a good mechanic because they're so very few and far between, especially in this area.

Horrible service. Will get some things done but you'll find that you have to keep bringing your car back for more mechanical issues, after coming here. Brought a truck for some minor issues and smog, told us to pay before we left to do a test run came back and would not do the smog because he got "busy". Even tho we were there before anyone else and had already paid!!!!! Not only that all of a sudden now the truck had engine issue. Will not be coming back.

I was quoted a price for dismounting tires after already taking a look at my tires. Later tells me he'll have to charge more because it was too difficult to take off the tires. I just took my business elsewhere. And they kept my valve cores. All the while there was a drunk employee screaming and yelling profanities in their yard.

Was told it was $100 for labor and parts were extra. The man on the phone was very nice and said he would change my spark plugs without a diagnostic and it wouldn't take long.. I go in.. they're trying to charge me more than I was quoted.. and saying I needed a diagnostic even though I knew it was just the spark plugs.. and that I would have to wait 2hrs for my car to cool before they could touch it.. I was just not wanting to have to reach back there and do it myself.. I would've been happy to pay $150.. but instead I paid $43 for parts at auto zone and did the work myself.. next time I hope they don't judge me by being female and just change the damn plugs and not cheat their customers.. Spark plugs changed by me.. check engine light is off.. and my 98 Ford expedition is driving wonderful.. thank u for nothing..

I bought my truck from the owner with the agreement that he would rebuild the engine. One month later the engine blew up. It cost me $10,000 for wheeler Chevy to repair. This man is a rip-off! Don’t take your vehicles there. He also exposed himself to me on a test drive. He make passes at women behind their husbands backs. Not a safe place at all. He also kept my truck bed tool box and never gave it back.

The boss man/owner is a super friendly guy. He's very knowledgeable and good at what he does. I've taken about 4 or 5 cars to him for work and he always fixes the issues. His prices are great. His work is great. Rivera's Auto is a great place to bring your car for sure.
