If I could give them 1 million stars, I would! Amber and Freddie and all the staff are so amazing and friendly. I’ve been rocked with anxiety about finding a fifth wheel hitch for my new trailer since I’ve never had one before, and when I called Amber was so amazing at explaining everything over the phone and making me feel confident in my purchase, then Freddy showed me how to attach it to my truck, and it was such a great encounter. I wish I had more trailer hitch needs so I can give them more of my business, but I will highly recommend them to everybody. I know till the end of time. They truly are the best.

They are a pickup location for etrailer. I travel full time so to have a place to deliver to on the road is awesome. This place was easy to find, decent parking lot. (even if I had brought my RV) The staff was super helpful, they called when my shipment arrived and were super curtious and kind when I picked up. Check out the merchandise inside in case you need anything, their prices looked very reasonable.

I called Riverside Hitch & Trailer for a fifth wheel hitch. Amber was very knowledgeable, easygoing, and provided me with good options that were reasonably priced. I decided to move forward and Amber provided me an update first thing the following morning when the hitch arrived. Jose installed my hitch, let me watch him do it, and thoroughly explained everything. I was impressed with the quality of customer service and will be coming here moving forward. Highly recommend!

I was there yesterday and you hooked up my Jeep to my motorhome, while the service was good, your technician locked my steering wheel instead of putting it on accessories. I even asked him shouldn’t It be towed with accessories on and he said no. Long story short I am on the freeway and my motorhome is weaving all over because steering wheel was locked crooked. It was like pulling a vehicle with the tires turned sideways. After calling Amber she said that every vehicle is different and did not know my vehicle steering column needed to be on accessories. By the time I figured out the problem my two front tires were no good. I count myself very lucky not to have gotten in an accident. I asked them to replace front two tires and they have completely ignored me. It’s not that I need the money, $160 for two tires, but the fact that they haven’t even reached out to me that has made me angry. Re: Just a note, the owner called me and was very willing to make things right! Like I said the quality of work was excellent.

I am not one to write many reviews, but after having Riverside Hitch & Trailer work on my personal and company vehicles for over 15 years, I felt it was time. I have had several hitches installed on my various trucks. Modifications from electric steps, additional lights, air horns, suspensions modifications, etc. Most recently I had new fenders, wheels, tires, tongue box, vents, lights, roof sealed, miscellaneous repairs and brakes and bearings serviced on one of my trialers. I could not be happier.

Everyone here was great! I brought my Explorer in to have a hitch receiver put on. I had many questions and Amber was very patiently and thorough in answering every question I had. Freddy, the tech was awesome too. He ended up staying past closing to go over how to use the brake control and answer my questions too. Pricing was more than fair in my opinion. Great service from Riverside Hitch and Trailer, and a high level of technical expertise and execution. They know their stuff, and the service doesn't come cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for. If you need work done, plan to make an appointment well in advance. Do not wait until the last minute. They have a large selection of parts and accessories, and their advice and recommendations are spot on.
