Well I want to say that Ronald is one of the best people I ever encountered. In a field of many liars and cunning people- to find an honest guy like Ronald is extremely rare. Today I had a mobile repair done on my truck by RJ’s Mobile Mechanic in Beaumont, and I can honestly say this was one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. When your vehicle breaks down, the stress level is already through the roof, and just trying to figure out who to call can make it even worse. He was extremely fast from the time I called to the time he arrived on scene, and the repair itself was quick and done right. The entire time he was working, he kept me informed step by step, showing me the broken, damaged, or worn out parts so I knew exactly what was going on. There was no guessing, no pressure, just straight up transparency and communication. Not only is he an amazing mechanic, but he’s also a genuinely good person. We talked about his wife and his kids, and you can tell he takes pride in being a great father just as much as he takes pride in his work. That says a lot about a man. Bottom line, if you want someone who knows what they’re doing, works fast, communicates clearly, and treats you like a human and not just another job, this is your guy. RJ was a lifesaver when my husband's car wouldn't start. I was tied up with my car with no way to assist, and RJ went to the auto supply store to get what we needed and went to my house to get the car running. I was needing a pre-purchase inspection done on a used vehicle but lived 160 miles away from Beaumont. I found RJ’s website under “mobile mechanics” on google and asked if he could provide this service and he said he could and set a time to meet. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time at the dealership and I described specifically what I wanted checked out. He spent an hour or more other the vehicle over, under, around and through. He performed an in-depth on board diagnostics scan including past codes, functional testing electrical controls and systems. After advising me of the vehicle conditions I was more than pleased with his evaluation and opinion. I would not hesitate to use his services for anything related to my vehicles. I found him to be knowledgeable, experienced and trustworthy. His cost was very reasonable and I am more than satisfied with his work.

Read through these reviews are really funny. There’s a lot of one star reviews because the guy is so busy. He can’t handle every call that’s trying to come through. I guess I lucked up. I was getting gas and seeing him pull up in his van with a number on the side for a mobile mechanic. I flagged him down, told him I had brakes on me and he followed me to the location where we could perform the job. He was nice honest knew what he was doing and had my brakes changed in 30 minutes and I was back to work all on one lunch break. 5 stars is barely enough he really came through for me today and I’ll be a repeat customer and I highly recommend
