★★★☆☆ Great guy, appreciated his help but over charged I feel for what little physical involvement he had. At the end of it I paid more for his time then work. $140 for 30 minutes of him performing work that didn't produce that he charged $60 for, 20 mins to and he made a recommendation of going to O'Reilly's because of an account he had with them and to/from O'Reilly's was $25, then while I installed a $175 starter that took about an hour I had let me use his tools that costed me, when I would of just bought what I needed from O'Reilly's and return it later to save me expense from him, then that didn't work so he grabbed a jumper that I hooked to the starter from the battery while he turned the key to start the truck. That's when the truck got started that he said was worth $55 for that separate jump start. He went out of his way to help which was appropriated but for the total cost to be little over $300 and my truck after turning it off won't start which I figured based on how we got it running. But for the price a component that didn't fix my start problem and then charged for a repeat task he performed seemed a little much. Dave called me on Dec. 12 2024 about the review to see if I would adjust my response so I did to be more thorough and accurate about the experience. Also paid me $20 back, he then claimed it was my military discount, which I returned cause his price for his service I will never question, a bill is a bill. Dave is a good guy who did help truly, no tow company will go out of their way like he did for me, but my overall experience just had variables that were not favorable.
