I locked my keys in my car outside my house and couldn't get into either! I was freezing and my insurance provider sent someone who wouldnt be out for at least an hour! I looked up mobile roadside assistance, and found Rich. He heard the worry and cold in my voice, and arrived to me in 15 minutes! Opened my car so fast, I was still thanking him for pulling up so quickly and he was already done! He also practices safe social distancing, which made me feel better as well. We were stranded for 4 hours in a foreign area (we are from another state). Called several companies that refused to help or never got back to us after waiting and waiting. Called Rich to jumpstart our car. He got to us in 10 minutes. The jumpstart didnt fix the problem. But Rich still stayed to help figure out the issue. We were back up and running in under ten minutes. He didn’t even charge us extra. His rates were way better compared to the other companies offering roadside assistance. Would highly recommend him to everyone. He even waited for us to start driving before leaving.
