Went in with a nail in my tire. Was told a timeframe that was pushing my schedule to be tight but decided to stay anyway. It was finished 30 mins before they said it would be. That was a nice surprise. Then I was asked for a signature so I said “how much do I owe you”, they said nothing. That was an even nicer surprise.

Robertson tire is really the best. They once fixed the plug on my tire for free, they also came out to jump my car when the battery was bad to get it to their shop to replace the battery. Today they put new tires on my car and fixed my break issue. Their prices are fair and affordable. Their people are friendly efficient and trustworthy. Most importantly, they know their stuff.

I went in for a low tire warning. My wife requires a wheel chair. We were well greeted and helped to make our evening great. They repaired our tire while we went to a nearby restaurant for dinner, then they brought the to us, so we wouldn't have to negotiate 4 lanes of traffic with a wheelchair. What A great service with a great attitude. They are in So. Broken Arrow on Elm Pl. And at No Charge.

My family has used Robertson Tire services at the So Elm Pl, Broken Arrow location for many years. This time Mark helped us replace the tires on one of our vehicles, making sure the wheels are properly aligned for proper and longer performance. The installation and alignment took just at one hour. We are pleased with the tires purchased. The ride we experience is greatly improved, much smoother, just in time for dealing with Oklahoma winter weather. The staff was professional and experienced, friendly and courteous, keeping me informed of the work process. We will continue using this Robertson Tire location for our vehicle maintenance.

Excellent service! Had a nail in place tire couldn’t be repaired. They showed me how worn down the tread was on my tires. I realized they needed to be replaced. Within 45 min I was on the road with new tires at a very good price confident of traction in bad weather. No pressure. Good service.

I have gone here quite a few times and it seems to take longer and longer every time I go. I arrived less than 40 minutes after opening and was told it would take 3-4 hours for an oil change and alignment. It ended up taking 6.5 hours making my day significantly more difficult as I spent the majority of my day waiting around for a basic service. I would not leave your vehicle here unless you can be without it for 1+ days regardless of what you need done.

I paid them to flush my radiator and back flush my heater core because its getting below freezing now. They told me they could do it no problem. I agreed to go ahead and buy some new tires for the front of my car. $145.00 plus $30 for road hazard waranty free replacement. I also needed my oil changed. WELL THEY TOLD ME EVERYTHING WAS GOOD TO GO. I paid the $800 and started to drive home after about a mile without any warm air my temperature gage was above 200 I adjusted the vents and normal things to make everything hot. It was still cold so I turned around and went back to the shop. They were not surprised at all and told me to bring it back tomorrow morning. I also asked to check the windshield washer distribution to my windshield. They said it was fixed and working great. That was not true at all. I could not spray fluid on my windshield for the drivers side. So in my opinion they were only concerned with selling me tires. I went back for answers and got none. This was an invoice for $800. They never did anything to fix my heater / defrost problem and just sold me tires to get that money. I will check my oil tomorrow to see if it was actually changed.. PS I ASKED WHO THE Quality Control manager was to do a inspection of what the technician was being paid to do. There are no QC measures in place to verify you actualy get the work you paid for. So basically they were more concerned about selling me new tires than making sure my vehicle was dependable. I will be present when they check my cooling system the next time. Technicians can turn in work orders for billing without anyone verifying the work was actually done.

Edit: The manager, Jay, worked with me to make the issue right, and provided a Store Credit for the amount that they charged for the caliper. He was patient and helpful. I appreciate his assistance and have updated my rating accordingly. Great staff at the front desk. Their techs should be fired. I brought my vehicle in to get brake pads changed, which is as simple a procedure as there is. Somehow they broke my caliper, did not notice, and because I trusted that they had done their job correctly, I spent a whole day driving with leaking brake lines, which is extremely hazardous. I only found the next day because of the puddle of brake fluid in my driveway. I don't usually rate this poorly, but this is an embarrassing lack of quality. If you value your money, take it elsewhere.
