Went in to this Robertson location because I’ve always had exceptional service in all aspects from Robertson in Claremore. There were some cleanliness issues with my vehicle after the service. Although Robertson was not able to provide any assistance with the cost of the interior detailing to remove the oil and dirt that was smeared in my vehicles leather. They did do everything else they could to make it right.
Edit 12/04/24 changed the rating and edited the review. The team here has gone above and beyond to rectify the situation! Excellent service. Just communicate with them.

I am very thankful for the trust I have in Robertson Tire & Terry! I’ve had some bad experiences with being over serviced & over charged by dealership & others. I was told I had an oil leak by another company. I then went to Robertson’s because I knew my tires needed rotated & they could do the work. Guess what? No leak found….they even showed me engine & explained it…and did not charge me! Appreciate the straightforward talk! They will be doing all my service & tire needs.
