I purchased the new ultimate shine package, didn’t get any tire shine when it simply says it includes that, showed them my receipt and they acted like they couldn’t do we heir service. I could’ve washed my car myself.

Charged me $15 for a rav4 car wash. I thought it was because I asked for my tires shined. She told me the machine does that. After the wash, came home, parked, looked at my tires, no shine. None at all. 1st call, no answer. Then came thru this website and they answered. Told me I could bring it back that day or the next. This is Saturday, the next day is Easter. Why would I want to drive 3 miles back to this place to get done was I was told would be done? That's what they're counting on, meanwhile they took your money. Nowhere else do I know where they charge $15 for a wash. Used to be $6 or $7 last year They got me this time but never again. Never going to Robinhood car wash again. They rob from regular people to get rich, unlike Robinhood.

Best kept secret in Bloomfield you pull in in back of IHOP and you can stay in the car my favorite part is the "fettuccine 'noodles at the end💕 then next door is detailing and vacuuming I'll be back

I got the ultimate package unlimited Groupon. As you see still significant bugs/dirt on my car. Granted they were washing 1.5k of dirt and bugs. Tires were pretty clean, but I did hand clean them good last wash. The African American dude yelling was not helpful but the owner was cool. If this was some other city I’d probably rate it lower but for the area Robin Hood appears the only one that’s not 90$ hand detailing. Please put my side mirror back in place though. Maybe next visit it’ll finish getting everything off or I’ll just prescrub right before pulling in haha. I normally hand wash my car myself and use ceramic products only. I’m pickier than most, check the vid from right after though.

I’m beyond blown away. Honestly I been going to Frankie’s car wash for a very long time. Each time I’m there they never cleaned the 2nd nor 3rd row in my car, also leaving wet spots around the exterior they rush your car there yet I paid 60$ a months vs here the actually took care of the whole car took the carpet out brushed it and!!! Dipped it in water they came out looking like new. This pics I posted are the results of the other car wash how horrible they did they cleaning oh let’s not forget they literally throw your carpet there causing it to tear or damages. Not worth it. Very happy with Robin Hood and the renovation looks good, free coffee also.

I spent 45 dollars to Wash my car and I very disappointed they didn’t wipe out anything barely vacuumed my car did even armor all the inside. 50 bucks wasted. Never again. And I went early there was no other cars there. Smfh. No good business.

They do not accept cards. Major pain to drive into the car wash and then pull aside, wait for the line to die down and back out. Avoid. There's another self service car wash up the street.

This automatic car wash is a hidden gem! The pricing is reasonable, $11 for a basic wash is unheard of in Essex County. You can purchase a monthly pass for $20. That said, over a week later the tire shine is still going strong!

Although this place is cost effective, it’s not worth it . They RINSE your car, is what they do - with a whole lot of fancy chemicals. The machine does it all. They people designated to dry your car uses dirty rags that leave spots on windows and the car. They machine has left so many scratches on my car . Spend the extra money and go somewhere else !

I’ve had a membership on and off for years. The wash is “ok” although water always leaves streaks after. It’s really convenient bc it’s fast and I live near the place. Ending services now bc it’s caused damage to my car underneath. I keep hearing a rattle Ive never heard before and it’s not going away so now I’ll have a much more expensive problem. Mind you, my dealership uses this place.

First visit $46 Full cleaning, poor cleaning. Interior cleaning was done in 10 minutes. If the cleaning was good, 10 minutes would be fine, but it wasn't. We had stains and dust all over the car. I won't go back.

Their dryer Machinery tore off the Crossbars of my car at the end of the wash. Then the worker that checks drivers in the wash has the balls to tell me the Crossbars were already loose. But a half hour before I just got my car serviced and have the receipt to prove it! There was nothing wrong with the Crossbars before I got to the wash!
