Just brought a brand new car 4 days ago and came to wash it and it came out with a scratched rim on the passenger side. Manager claims there’s absolutely nothing that touches the rim that could cause a scratched rim in the car wash. But there’s literally tracks on both sides. Filed a claim but it seems like rocket express never does anything. So sad that I have been loyal to them for years. And then I told her to cancel my membership she was a little stocked. If you have a nice car do yourself a favor and hand wash it. Ps. Asked for the video footage and she said it’s not going to do anything because the sun is shining. But isn’t that the point of the cameras?!??

Stopped in to get my car washed a while ago and the wash missed some spots. I asked if I could go through and I was told that I couldn’t. Rocket Express no longer guarantees its car washes. It sounded like a policy change. Well, there are other places that do provide a guarantee.

Over $20 for a wash and there is still dirt and bugs on my car and my windshield doesn't even look clean along with dirt and bugs on it, Let alone still have soap on it and the car is not even dry. You know the right thing to do would be to offer your customer a rewash and give them their money's worth not steal there money and barley clean there car.

They are owned by private equity. If something happens to your car in the wash good luck getting it fixed, that’s what the warning signs are for before you enter the wash. Isn’t it odd they have over 2,000 reviews and it’s a car wash?????

I reported the machine’s malfunctioning this morning but none of the employees seem to care. Had to go through 3 times to get a decent wash. Twice my car came out with soap all down the side and the kiosk worker advised me not to go through again but to have me wipe the soap off with a rag. This happens a lot. Time for a new car wash facility

Worst car wash I've had. I would have given it 3 stars if I was able to re wash but the rude disrespectful kid that told me I was not allowed to re wash because I didnt have a membership is the reason for one star. Terrible job. You pay 25 dollars you want what you paid for. A clean car!

I accidentally locked my car keys in my Jeep while dusting the inside of the door and my phone was locked in there too, so I went to the customer service area and the lady working was great and said they actually have a kit to get into locked cars! Clive, (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was able to get my car unlocked and he was very patient and kind! He saved me a lot of money by being able to get my keys out of there himself! Thanks so much for the great quality service! I will continue to drive out of my way to go to their car wash because of the amazing customer service I got!

Their car washing machine is just not that good. Maybe it’s my low car. But the front hood was still very dirty. I did appreciate clean wet towels, I was able to use that to clean it. But not really what I want to do when I go to an automatic car wash. Customer service was great.

Great car wash. Great vacuums included with every wash. 4 stars because prices are high. I got the $12.50/mo unlimited basic wash for two months discount and that's a 5 star price, but after 2 months it goes up to $25/mo which is not worth it and I plan to cancel then.

My husband took his truck through the wash and it did not clean our truck fully. When we circled around to ask for another wash, they said no. Most all other car wash places offer another wash if their services fail to get the vehicle clean the first time around. Go to them instead.

This car wash is huge and has so many options for you to choose. It’s my first time to go to car wash by myself and I was so nervous; however, the instructions are so clear and the staff is friendly! And of course, the car is clean and dry. Will come back for sure

I just paid $20 for a car wash that didn’t even clean my windshield. Rocket doesn’t even offer rewashes if their car wash doesn’t clean it all the way. If I’m paying that much for a car wash, at least upgrade y’all’s car wash if it doesn’t clean my car first try if you guys don’t do rewashes. Save your money, just go to a gas station and use the free windshield cleaning brush. Edit: My entire front bumper was covered in bugs still as well. I just didn’t take a photo of it to avoid releasing personal information

Super annoying to be “sold” on a membership every time you go through. I used to have one and never used it enough. It was a waste of money for me personally and every time I get a single wash now there’s pressure to reactivate multiple times then the threat of “okay well this is only a single wash- one time through, it should work okay for your car”. Normally if it doesn’t wash the car well enough, you can run it through again at no extra charge but that wasn’t an option today. And it definitely didn’t wash my car at all. This picture is AFTER I ran it through the wash. Awful job. Now they’re loosing me as a single wash customer.

Love the monthly membership. You pull into the member lane, the reader scans the member tag on the windshield, and you drive up to the wash. Your desired wash is in the system, the attendant guides you in, shift to neutral, and come out the other side clean and dry. Vacuums are free, as are clean rags, AND compressed air to blow crevices dry. That can be important in the winter to prevent car doors freezing shut. Also floor mat washers are available. If you're mats are molded, there is an area along side the building with long handles brushes and hose for you. Plus, there is the mobile app for your phone, also to track points for free stuff.

Don't waste your money. I paid for the $25 car wash. I think the hose would have done just as well. I would give zero stars for the wash and price/value for money, but the attendant that helped me on the way in was great - she gets five stars.

Gave this place a try today and your wash sucks! Left my car dirty from both sides and back. Manager said if I want a clean car a have to pay for another car wash? Really!? Pay twice so maybe I can have a clean car?! Ridiculous! Management sure lacks customer service skills. Unhappy customer= lost customers. Word of mouth is powerful.
