I had taken my car there on Saturday 09/30/23 for a wash and interior cleaning. When I left just a few minutes after leaving it started to rain a little. The owner had said if it rained to bring it back in 24 hours. 24 hours would hours would had been Sunday so Monday morning I took my car back for the wash they had said I could have. first they only raises the car and just quickly dried it off. I had expected a wash like I had paid for on the Saturday nothing wassaid differently. There was a couple other things but I have to rethink the good thoughts I had about this place and find another hand car wash who takes pride in their business and keeping their customers happy to keep the business plus spreading a good word for them.

I love this quirky, crazy little hand car wash! Drive in and leave the keys in the car. They hand wash, then move onto vacuuming, then cleaning the inside/outside. Darn near a full detail job once they are done. The price paid vs the job done is Excellent!!

Will not be going back. I had called for prices and guy over the phone told me $9.95 for SUV for an exterior wash. So I decided to go but after they washed my SUV I went to pay and he ends up charging me $17. I then told him I asked you over the phone what the prices were for suv and you said 9.95. He then tells me I thought you meant for a car. I'm sorry but how do you mistake someone asking about an SUV for a car over the phone? I usually go to Jacks Car Wash Company and they charge 19.00 and that's for both exterior wash and interior cleaning and they do an excellent job. I consider trying Rodeo Car Wash since it's close by to my house but for the price I paid they did a horrible wash. There were so many dirty spots left. 17 bucks is a rip off.

I got here @ 9:30 am,, friendly guy greets me,,i tell him i want totAl details of whole car.. its now 10:15 & my car looks like i just got it off the showroom floor ,, great experience,, friendly , corteous,, manners,, wifi,, tv. Snacks ,, free water,, i will b bak!!!

This place was cool the first time I came, but I came and paid $35 for a quick wash and I spotted some details they missed and he said he charges “extra” to get this off of my car.. I wiped it off at home with one quick wipe and some spray.

Love coming here...I try to get here first thing in the morning during the week because it gets a bit busy. They are friendly, gracious, service-oriented and there's a cozy place to wait and watch TV or enjoy a beverage or restaurants are within short walking distance in Old Town Clovis. My car is always spotless and well-treated here.

I dont take my Ford Raptor to just any car wash. This place did a very good job. They hand wash the interior and exterior without having to use those lousy drive through machines that leave swirl marks all over. Also, the customer service was Excellent!! I will definitely recommend Rodeo Hand Car Wash and Detail to my friends and family. Thank you 👌🏾

I have used them a few times and had a fair experience. This time I brought them my brand new truck. I was not happy with the results at all. I specifically asked for no armoral, but they loaded it up and got it all over the frame. I had to have them go over most of the truck again to get all the spots they missed. The pictures are after I had them touch it up for the second time.

-You want a $5 gas station automatic wash look elsewhere. Without a doubt the best detail service I’ve received. The crew went above and beyond to produce such a great outcome. They left it spotless and touched up a few dings around the vehicle as if they were never there.

I went to get my vehicle wash and service was quick but I still saw bugs on my front bumper and headlights afterward. Also, there was lint all over my car and they didn’t even dry the water underneath my window visors and most of all they didn’t even wash the top of my car. I was told a different price at the front for an exterior wash for $10 bc the sign said $9.95 but when I paid for the services at the end it came out to $17. What a joke. They didn’t even tell what service they had. All they told me was $10 for the exterior wash and $35 dollars to include interior cleaning too.

Waste of money and they don't pay attention to detail. They charged me extra because I had a lifted truck and I only wanted outside only so it was $37 instead of the $19 I was told on the phone. Exterior wash includes wheel cleaning and tire dressing and since I was being charged extra I expected "extra" especially since this is supposed to be a hand car wash. The hand washing parts is mostly pressure washing by hand then a towel dry by hand. Ive got better results from Red Carpet Express Ride and Shine for less than half this price. As you can see in the pics they left my wheels full of streaks and spokes still dirty and my tires were cloudy with dry spots where they didn't apply enough dressing. They also left several other exposed parts of my truck dirty. I'm also pretty sure I didn't have this crack in my windshield before I got there but because I couldn't prove it, I was out of luck as well as the $35. No bueno.

These guys are amazing. There’s not too many places that will wash and detail and oversized/ full sized truck. I had a full detail of a lifted 2008 dodge ram 3500 long bed with 35’s. It was reasonably priced and the attention to detail was fantastic. Highly recommend.

I’ve been coming here for years, and never had an issue with full washes, exterior washes, or full detailing. Very rarely (probably because of a new employee) they might miss something. Each time they’ve immediately took care of it. I’ve always a great experience here.

Amazing service, always! I've never had a bad wash/detail here. Price is VERY reasonable for what you get. I've paid more for less at other places! I have a ceramic coating on my vehicle, so a hand wash is required. Rodeo is one of the best in the area. Owner always has a smile on his face, and the waiting area reminds me of my Grandpa's man-cave from the 80s. Its nice to sit and enjoy the breeze for a few mins while they do what they do. I will admit, people are starting to catch on to how amazing this place is because it's slammed in the middle of the day! My suggestion, be there when they open or plan on dropping your ride and coming back for it later!

I chose to go to this location hoping it would be much better than places like red carpet. The beginning of my interaction with this place felt very awkward. I knew my car would have their work cut out for them and I had my work stuff in the back, so I made sure they knew they did not have to pull any of it out or worry about vacuuming that part of my car well. The guy took my keys and said nothing else, so I had no idea where I was supposed to go to sit or even if I had to pay first. I didn't even know how long it would take. I sat there for almost an hour and a half with my car still being worked on. When I got home, I still had to wipe down the insides of my wheels because they were partially wiped with half of the black still left. I'm missing a letter on my AWD decal now and they completely threw away the center divider for my cup holder so thanks now I can't even use the cupholder as intended. They didn't even hardly vacuum the front and my floor mats weren't even dry when they put them back in, filled with water. I'll just go to red carpet if I want a half-assed car wash, it's faster and probably better
