Roger motors responded to an accident across the street from my house. There was damage to a stone wall on the other side of the street, but thankfully no damage to my property. The tow truck driver proceeded to pull the jeep across the street into my privet hedge and then dragged said jeep down the road, crushing the remaining hedges along the way. Those hedges were not damaged until he dragged a destroyed jeep through them! When confronted, he told my husband to complain to the driver of the jeep. Absolutely unprofessional! On a side note, I live in a neighborhood close to Roger motors and since they have taken over that location the property looks like a junk yard. It's a real eyesore and they should clean it up. Clean up your junky property and hire some professional help Roger Motors!

1 Star only because I can't give zero. DO NOT GO TO ROGER MOTOR CAR LLC. This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had with any establishment, period. From the moment I called and even stepped into the building, it was clear this place is completely unprofessional and disorganized. The staff was rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping. Communication was a joke - they never returned calls, gave me the runaround for days, and couldn't even give me a straight answer about the status of my vehicle. I was promised certain details and terms that mysteriously "changed" last minute, and any time I asked for clarification, they acted like I was being unreasonable. My car was in far worse condition than when it was originally towed over; they clearly hoped that I wouldn't notice the issues. When I pointed out the problems, they brushed if off with a shrug, like I was inconveniencing them. I felt like they were trying to pull a fast one every step of the way. I honestly wouldn't send my worst enemy here. This place is shady, unreliable, and a complete waste of time. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and potential financial loss - go literally anywhere else but Roger Motorcar LLC.

I was recently in an accident and the police use this place as their "emergency tow" call. Yes, they came relatively quickly, HOWEVER, I told the tow guy that I would be by the following day to get my car. He said no problem because they would be open from 10a-2p! It was a Saturday and the hours posted online confirmed 10a-2p on Saturday! I called ahead to let them know I was going to be on my way at 12p. The owner, (I assume), called me back to tell me that I cannot get my car because he decided to close and leave already. He then said he might go back and that he would call me back. When he called me back, he insisted that I cannot go get my car and that he would not be going back and that he will be closed until Monday! He then said he would tow my car again on Monday to wherever I needed it to go!!!! He confirmed his lot fee per day! HE HELD MY CAR HOSTAGE and took advantage of a situation for the entire weekend! When I went on Monday to get my car, he wouldn't even look at me! I spoke directly to this man in his office, (while he refused to make eye contact with me), two different times I was in the building that morning! After going around back to find my car in worse condition than it was when it was towed, I KNEW this man had done what he could to ensure he would get to tow my car again!! I made sure to have it towed off his property by a reputable place that day! AVOID THIS PLACE! I also agree with someone else' review, this place is an eyesore. The guy in charge is cold and unkind. FAR from the experience I anticipated! It's clear that morals are irrelevant on this site and cleanliness is obsolete!

Lug nuts snapped off my truck so I had to get it towed. I called Roger motor car they came within a 20 minutes to get my truck off the road. They brought it back to the shop and had it fixed in a couple hours. Great job Great price Great service thank you guys. 👍👍
