I came to this place because of the free vacuum with the purchase of a wash. The FIRST 10 MINUTES are free than you must pay after that. Very misleading and false advertising in my opinion, i liked how close this place was to me. However i will take the extra time and cruise down to REIGN CARWASH, the vacuums are actually free for as long as you need them.

I have a monthly package. In the last 3 months I think I've only been here 3-4 times where everything worked as expected. It is constantly broken down or under repair.

Went because I needed to have my car vacuumed more than washed. So I figured I wash it and get the free vacuum. Lol. Got charged for it . Almost didn't get my wash . NVM the vacuum. Said code invalid and I just got the receipt less than 10 min before. Scam scam. Oh and the help button on the vacuum machine don't bother waisting your time and waiting for help

I would give a 5 star for the wash itself but the disconnect with management Is on another level. I won the free month car wash and was charged for the following month (not stated in the fine print). I was offered my refund of 39.99 or to have it applied to 3 months of membership. I called back and let them know My Card has been canceled just to apply the free months. (I paid 39.99) I was told by the gentleman it would be 4 months & it would be Alset in a few days. 3 days later I call back, I’m on speaker with the supervisors who are telling me they don’t know what the “disconnect” is .. (I’m not a child to be spoken to that way) more like where is the lack of communication on your end … anyway… one month is 39.99 .. however explained the situation was given the three months which is fine but after a week of calling speaking to Multiple people this is a bit much. Update your fine print on the spin the wheel’s and on your page so these things don’t happen. The car wash is awesome and worth the price but not worth the misunderstanding with communication.

This long awaited, now fully functioning car wash is great. Updated modern washes with great membership prices. My car always comes out showroom ready. (Diamond wash package) and the staff are always helpful, attentive and friendly. I really wish this Location had a detail shop but otherwise a great car wash overall.

Go if you want your mirrors ripped off your car, also brush did not come in contact with my windshield and roof. I think equipment needs some adjusting.

I used the car wash for the first time today. There was a young man who helped me use my debit card. He was very friendly and helpful. The wash itself was definitely the best and most thorough wash I've ever been to and I'm 69! I have a 2004 Chrysler 300 M that is in great condition. But after the wash she looked brand new and so sparkly. Even the tires and rims looked great! I will definitely be back!

Place was awesome not sure what happened Ive had a membership here for months. Plate reader wouldn’t recognize my plate hit help button and wait 10 minutes to finally have to park truck and go inside to find someone and find them sitting there playing on phones without a care in the world. Then proceeded to delete my account and say he couldn’t find it. Manager finally showed up and said my account was deactivated 9/12 today. So worker did find it but deleted it. Sad service for 39.99 a month. Go somewhere else.

Scratched my dually truck (says thry fit fine) the workers there could never line me up straight on the track causing me to half to back up multiple times. I tryed to contact the owner multiple times about getting my truck fixed but they refuse to anwser. The dryer sucks and there is always soap left over in your vehicle. I do not recommend this place reign car wash has never done damage to my vehicles I highly recommend them instead

It's right around the corner from my place. Their prices are reasonable and the attendants have always been helpful. My car always end up shiny and clean. The vacuums are powerful and come with a wash. They give you a long time to get the interior cleaned.

Lot of money to build this Wash. good wash. Horrible actually horrifying dryer system. Car comes out with wet areas streaks and ZERO cloths to wipe down car . Free vac system is weak does not pull dirt . I hope ownership can rectify this for future customers . I won’t be back until I see better reviews .
