Great customer service! Manager Randy talked to me for a few minutes explaining why the wash was closed this morning and gave me a estimated time of when it be back up and running. Came back at the time he said and got my wash! Accurate information and great communication goes a long way which i appreciate very much. Wash is always a 10/10

I have been a member at the Walpole location for a couple years now. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Today, Ronald came over and showed me a much easier way to clean my floor mats. The location is conveniently located and there are plenty of bays to vacuum out and clean the entire of your car.

Efficient and clean. Fair price. Spacious vacuum area. Not enough pre rinse/treat prior to contacting first set of rolling scrubers creating minor clearcoat scratches. Some of the stuff in vacuum area no longer works.

Great automatic carwash with a free vacuum. 3 tiers if monthly subscriptions to choose from where you can have unlimited car washes. About 20 vacuum stations so wait is needed. Carwash does a decently thorough job for automatic washes. I'm not a fan of air drying but 6 industrial fans blasting your car will get the job done!

Today I visited the Rojos in Walpole on Rt1 for the first time and it won't be my last time either...I live in Norwood and Rojos has always been known for their great customer service and this Walpole location definitely lives up to the great reputation Rojos has...I asked if someone could help me vacuum my driver's side floor because it's difficult for me to do it and Lucas the manager offer to help without any hesitation...Top Notch 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We come here a lot and would normally give Rojo Car Wash five stars. We always get the Dimond wash ($28), which is basically the works. Everything from wash, undercarriage, to wheels. We did notice that the rollers that clean and polish the wheels at the end of the wash weren't working. I'm not going to beat them up over it since I just did it myself after. Just didn't get everything we paid for. It is nice that they have a free vacuuming section, so that helped ease some of the disappointment. The spot we stopped at had a non functioning air blower, which kinda blew (pun intended). I will say we've had our cars professionally detailed from them (not this location), and I will say they did an amazing job. We just dropped it off for around 5 hours, and they made it look like new with clay bar and everything.

I have a monthly wash pass for both of my cars but every time I came to use the touchless wash after the snow storm it was over a 45min wait because one out of the two washes was out of order for over a week. On top of that there is always at-least one part of the carwash that isn’t working correctly. Like one side of the dryers don’t work, or there isn’t any soap being dispensed, or the undercarriage wash isn’t working. Don’t buy a pass until they get their stuff together. Seems like the owner is being cheap with maintenance.

I was a membership holder during the summer but things have gone downhill these past few weeks. Expect to spend no less than 45 minutes here even mid-day on a weekday (which is when I’ve been going). My last straw was today when I had to pay for a wash because the members only line was into the street and hardly moving. I hope things improve but it’s just not worth it for now.

Freezing cold night, I went to Rojo to try and recover an ear ring that may or may not have been suctioned up by the vacuum I used a day prior. Pulled up and met Kyle who was working at the time, and with no hesitation and absolute professionalism, retrieved his tools, put on his gloves, and opened up the vacuums spots I thought I was the day before. I didn’t have gloves to sift through the debris, but Kyle had some and was more than willing to sift through everything for me. We didn’t find the ear ring, but I left knowing exactly where I would always be going in the future to have my car washed and vacuumed. It’s rare to see this kind of effort from someone who didn’t have to get their hands dirty, but Kyle stepped up, and he deserves a raise after working there for over a few years now. Highly recommend this car wash for any of your car needs as you will be dealt with by respect and an overwhelming willingness to help their customers. Thank you Kyle and see you again :)

Won't use this car wash anymore, as me and my wife have suv's and it does not get any dirt or soap off of the back tailgates, you have to come home and basically wash the whole back of the vehicle!! They need to start having the employees power washing and cleaning the heavy stuff off before going thru, as all the other car washes in Walpole do. It's too bad as I like the touchless system!! For reference, I always got the $18.00 gold wash.

I love Rojo in Walpole terrific Establishment Quite frankly I love the people that Work at Rojo And they love me I get along great with the boss every time he sees me He greets me with a smile and my girlfriend who is a terrific person Gets a little jealous! i am proud to say every time I bring my big beautiful trailblazer over there it comes out looking brand new so brand new every time I go home My family Is always so very jealous That not only am I the best driver in the history of our household But I also Happened to have the most beautiful and shiny car in the history of our household Whenever me and my family have to go somewhere even if it’s just up the street everyone insists I drive them in my car because of how spotless it is and how impeccable my driving skills are! But unfortunately, there has been issues with the wash recently A buddy Of mine who is a terrific guy by the way Smart man straight A Student Said he had a little issue with the boss cause the machines weren’t working properly which I’ve experienced the same thing from time to time but I’ve always been taking great care of by the phenomenal staff that works there but he loves the car wash just as much as I do he brings his car there every day terrific car by the way very beautiful red Tammy Lynn we call her we love Ted terrific movie One of the greatest films in the history of our country! But anyway, we’ve noticed these past few days. The car wash has been out of service and my girlfriend says to me “My tribal chief (She loves WWE and so do I quite frankly) what’s wrong with the car wash Your car looks terrible and filthy We need to go back there I miss the pretty lights” And she happens to be right my car still drives perfectly great car has never let me down Quite frankly but is in desperate need of a washing hopefully this problem gets resolved soon Because I spend a lot of money At Rojo Each month And it would be a shame if I had to cancel my membership! Thank you for your attention on this matter!

I’ve had a membership for several months, and today marks the 3rd time I’ve arrived mid-day during normal business hours—on a weekday, with no inclement weather—only to find the facility closed. During peak salt season, being unable to access the service on a Monday afternoon significantly diminishes the value of a membership- do not buy one! Your better off going to a different provider on rt. 1 At a minimum, there should be a reliable text or notification system to alert members of unexpected closures before they arrive, but that would raises reasonable concerns about how frequently closures occur at Rojo. has been a frustrating experience and one that doesn’t align with the expectations set by a paid membership.

Terrible service, went right after they opened around 7:05 am. Paid $14 for basic car wash. Waited in line and lots of cars behind me. They shut down the car wash with no explanation. Worker directed people behind me to back out and pull in parking lot to wait. Didn’t communicate anything with me and I was stuck. Someone came over and told me to wait. Waited for 20 minutes and just backed out myself and left. Tried calling and the person who answered hung up on me while he was trying to figure out how to refund me.

Closed three days in a row wash quality has been going down machine sometimes not even putting soap on the car. Last week When I mentioned this to the boss how the car was not even clean he called me a liar and had to convince him to let the car go thru again and actually get washed! I’m gonna be taking my business elsewhere if this doesn’t get fixed. Update last few days it has been open finally working now it’s closed this morning I agree with the other customers on having a meter on the website to know if it’s open or not. Not wasting time driving over and they’re closed! I’m very disappointed when it works it’s pretty good

Five stars for the best setup in Walpole! The car wash itself is top-tier, but the free vacuum stations are what really make this place stand out. The vacuums are incredibly powerful, and they even have air hoses to blow out the dust from your vents and cup holders. It’s so easy to get the interior and exterior spotless in one trip. Great value!
