It's the only "Quality/High end" grocery store that also sells many other convenient and useful products in my neighborhood! It's very clean, and the staff is knowledgeable pertaining to they're products as well as which aisles in which to find said such goods! I highly recommend to ANYONE with taste this fine establishment as a place to shop for the best of what my local "Browne's addition neighborhood" has to offer.

Usually loves these stores, but will not ever go back to this one. The girl at the deli counter making our sandwich was just either to ignorant to help us with our sandwich or maybe we looked to poor, she refused to make our sandwich on a hoagie and when I went and grabbed one, she said well I can give you everything so you can make your sandwich, which was alright until she refused to give a tub of sliced onions and few pieces of lettuce, she said you can go buy an onion and a head of lettuce.. what a joke

I love coming to this store, it’s close to home and it’s prices aren’t so bad if you know what to look for. Their sales are pretty good and their non-advertised sales are always a nice surprise. However their daytime deli staff has some weird beef with me that I don’t understand, I try to be polite, saying ‘thank you,’ ‘please’ when I remember to, and it seemed to start with one employee. Then two. Today three and I hoped in my head that the fourth would ring me up, which thankfully they did. I even mumbled ‘I think your co-workers don’t like me.’ The third one looked at me and whispered to the first one something and then walked off. And the one that helped me gave me more than what I asked for, a quarter of a pound that was almost a half a pound, and that was the second time they have done that. I had enough money but wouldn’t have with the half pound. I really don’t like that I have to leave this review but the deli was a nice feature of the store that I will now avoid. If I have cash and want a hot meal I’ll go down to Teriyaki Spice; wait is about the same, as is price, but better staff for the most part.

Always great customer service. Prices are a little higher than average, but I'm willing to pay that for a clean store and nice staff. Due to extreme drug use at this location there is no public bathroom any longer, as of today 6/19/23, this is still true. That would be my only complaint. I take water pills and so it really sucks to be out shopping and have no access to a bathroom.

Homeless people aggressively begging in front of the entrance & parking lot makes this an unsafe place to shop.

They brought out to my car my cat charm that had fallen off my car keys. My boyfriend and I have matching cat key charms. I would've been sad if it was lost. Everyone is always so nice and willing to help.

This is ok to let people sleep on the floor. When you say something to the 3 workers they tell you to leave. Do not shop at Rosauers. If you need somewhere to sleep they have floor space. This was taken on June 8th at 730pm..

They have bathrooms but they seem to be closed all the time. I'm 8 pregnant and trying to find a bathroom downtown or in this area is ridiculous

We have going to the store since moving here 3 years ago. The store is always nice and clean. The employees are so nice. There is a Spanish young man who bags groceries and he is always so polite and smiling. He really makes you feel welcome. I'm sorry I don't remember his name. 😞

I like this store but I hate that the bathrooms are closed to the public especially in the evening time. That is illegal according to Washington State law.

I review from the perspective of someone with a bike. They are above average. I have been shopping there since April and I just discovered today that they have a bike rack because I always enter from the north side and north entrance. Not even a lot of the staff know that they have bike racks. Businesses need to stop treating bicyclists like a problem. Get a nice bright sight to show off your bike racks that’s visible from north facing south and also draw attention from the eastern entrance. Make sure your staff understands that anyone with any sense doesn’t want to drag their bike into a store. They also don’t want three different explanations of what to do with their bikes on three different occasions from three different employees. Your location is a few blocks from a bike route. It starts in front of the fire department. Your staff is courteous when addressing me about my bike, but the inconsistencies remain. Again, I recommend a sign to show off how proud you are of having a bike rack. Be proactive for your customers and get some cameras right up in there in case of theft. Get your staff on the same page about where to put the bikes. Have security and staff maintain a strong presence around the bike rack. Security has a strong presence anyways. I think they could have that covered if instructed to do so. To encourage shopping the bike rack area can have a map of the bike trails and parks, including CDA park nearby. This will give patrons who come in by car the idea to come get food for a picnic and dust off the bikes in the garage. If Roseaur’s is all about money they can employ a clever strategy in their bike rack sign to get vicarious returns. The aisle number for patch kits can also be advertised.

I know this location deals with... unsavory patrons often but I went to return some things today and the "manager" or whoever he was was completely unprofessional. He hit me with the open items return policy which totally makes sense but instead of helping me with the rest of the return he just decided not to deal with me at all. I was not being unruly or asking for anything unusual.... I understand the clients can be hard to deal with here but I did nothing wrong other than ot understanding the return policy and for him to just personally choose not to help me felt... dirty..... will take my business elsewhere when possible

There has been an issue with the homeless confronting patrons in the parking lot. What we want is for an occasional double police barricade at horizon apartments and 76 next to bargain market. The loitering has a tendency to escalate in a manner that disrupts business operations happy holidays.

The only check out at first part of the day is the speed line. I refused to use the self service one. So this morning there were 8 carts ahead of me at fast lane. That is ridiculous. Bring more checkers on

It’s downtown so you have to expect homeless folks begging and openly doing drugs outside, so try and be safe. What I didn’t expect was to find trays of veggies warming up on the tortilla shelf or a bag of kale with the canned goods. I mentioned them to the Gen Z checkout clerk and he gave me their generations trademark stare and angrily stated “Well it’s a grocery store.” And out all my bags into one paper sack, which could not contain them of course. Go someplace else, even if you have to walk up to the 14th avenue location. The Brownes addition location is a lost cause.

This has become our new favorite grocery store. Employees are always so kind, especially Omar, Travis, Devon, and Jade! Every time I come in it’s a good experience. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been genuine!
