My daughter’s car had traveled from Texas to Washington with our dog. It was full of dog hair & various food stains. Rose City Details came out to my home and done such an incredible job of cleaning every spot inside & outside of the car. I had a great experience with Rose City Detail! I booked their Full Refresh service. My center console was a “little” more dirty. Othon notices this and offered to work on the stains. I kinda feel bad because it was not an easy task. Othon cleaned it and almost made it look brand new! Othon was professional, and efficient. Overall, I'm really grateful for his service but especially the dedication to detail!!

I use my car as a home office most days, so it naturally builds up a lot of wear and tear, from coffee runs, to paperwork, fast lunches, and long days on the road. It’s my workspace, my break room, and sometimes my quiet place between meetings. It had gotten to the point where the interior really needed some serious attention, and I was honestly feeling overwhelmed about finding the time to get it taken care of. That’s where Othon came in and made all the difference. He was incredibly responsive from the start, and made the whole process so convenient by coming directly to my job. That alone was a huge help with my schedule, but what impressed me most was how thoroughly he detailed the inside of my car. He treated it like it was his own, careful, thoughtful, and extremely professional. When I got back into my car, it didn’t just look better, it felt better, like a fresh start. As someone who spends so much time in their vehicle, that matters more than people realize. Having a clean, well-kept space completely changes your mindset and energy for the day. I drive for Uber and had a passenger throw up in my backseat. I called them and Othon was very understanding and was able to fit me in his schedule the same day.
