I live outta state and their establishment is new jersy They treated me like i actually lived there. Robin took the time to mail me all the proper documents and stayed on the phone with me everyday until the car was in my possession. And may i add before the car left NJ they Even changed the thermostat.put a new tire on and Replaced the battery with a new one Im located in upstate newyork but recommend Ross's automotive sales to any and everyone These are real beautiful people and are straight up No tricks ... I purchased my first car with Ross’ Automotive. It was a seamless process. That car got me through college, my first and second job and moved me several states away which speaks to the quality. When I purchased they advised me of exactly how to take care of my car and whenever I saw them around the area they would ask how I’m doing and how the car is doing. Horrible !! Gave me a car they knew was a lemon . Proceeded to tell me car was safe to drive and they fixed everything , come to find out it was NOT safe to drive . Brakes were so messed up i almost lost my life . I even gave them grace to fix everything . Tried to fix control arms and messed up my whole car . Acted like they didn’t hear or know what was going on . Had my car everyday for a month since i brought it because issues kept popping up . Asked them to compensate me with another car robin response was “you need more money down if you want another car “ . Her mom and dad are extremely rude . Tried to fake curse me out and catch attitudes when they know they were in the wrong . Gave me a hard time with getting my down payment back after coming to her more then 3 times in one month for some type of malfunction on the car . Showed her everything that was wrong from a licensed mechanic with the car , she told me she’s not fixing everything that’s wrong with it even though i had a 30 day warranty that’s was not up yet and instead of fixing it she went on vacation while i was down here stuck with no car. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM they only want money . I almost lost my life with my son in the car because of negligence from them , and them saying they fixed things when in fact they were not fixed. Things were not fixed and they just wanted / needed money . Do not buy a car from them car will only last a couple months then they will tell you you need to fix everything . When they knew the problems with the car before they sell . They SELL LEMONS DO NOT BUY!!!
