Took our cars there many times. Typically the work was good but they had our car for over a week, 1100 dollars worth of repairs on a car that we found out a week later transmission was completely shot. We were told the car was checked out and "should last a while."

I’ve been going here for 3 or 4 years now I am usually very satisfied. Yesterday however I dropped it off to be inspected and told them I was having an issue with it overheating. I was told it passed inspection and just needed the coolant filled. I didn’t even make it home before my car started to overheat, started smoking, and seized up. I tried calling them 5 times and they never answered. Ended up having to get my thermostat changed in a parking lot so I could make it home.

After my wife took her vehicle to the dealer out peach Street and they refused to inspect her car even though the third brake light was completely lit we brought her Jeep here and there was no issues. They found a light bulb that had burned out recently and replaced it without even charging us. They even told me about a couple of things that were going to need attention eventually and I would bring any vehicle to Roy's for inspection Auto repairs. Very honest and dependable and fast courteous service.
