Tried out Royal Auto Spa after a Google search and reading other reviews. They were quick to respond for scheduling and any questions I had. They arrived on time and got right to work. They cleaned my wife's Honda Accord and it looks better than it has in years. Very pleased with the work they did and it took the amount of time they quoted and the price matched what their website said. Would happily have them do my other car.

Royal Auto Spa will be my go to for sure. They did an amazing job removing every hair from the interior of my car. I have a basset hound and they shed like crazy. The carpeting, the floor mats, EVERYTHING is clean and spotless. After the wash and wax, nothing sticks to the paint. It’s fabulous! The rims and tires are gleaming. I’m thrilled. They are friendly and very professional. I highly recommend them.

If I could give them 10 stars, believe me, I would! These guys work so diligently and hard to clean my car. When I tell you it looks like a whole brand new car inside and just as good outside and under the hood, believe me, I mean it. I truly appreciate their work ethic, their diligence, and their wonderful attitudes. I wish I had before and after pictures, but I was so ashamed of the "before" pictures. I had just purchased the car on Saturday, and I’m not going to lie it was trashes it was a trade in, and the dealership said they didn’t have time to clean it. However, I really liked the car, so I still bought it. My cousin recommended these guys, and I’m so very happy that she did. I couldn’t have picked a better team to work on my car. They are wonderful! Their attitudes, workmanship, and professionalism are outstanding. I’m so glad I chose them because they did an amazing job beyond amazing actually! If I had before and after pictures, I would definitely post them. I recommend them 100%! I give you my word that they are the best in Salem, and my word is bond!

The team at Royal Auto Spa are fantastic! I reached out on Saturday to see if I could get a quote for service and they got back to me within a couple of hours. By Saturday night we had scheduled with them for the following Tuesday. They showed up on time and worked efficiently… Making my Jeep sparkle and shine again! Very efficient, very friendly, and they did a wonderful job. I’ll be calling them again next time my car needs a spa day! Thanks guys! (It’s Oregon so of course it started raining right as they were finishing up. 🤣)

Bought a brand new vehicle and realized it had some surface scratches in the paint. Asked about their services and they advised they could certainly get those out. They showed up on time and did an amazing job getting those scratches and swirl marks out and waxing to a high gloss finish. Very happy with their services and would highly recommend!

Was extremely easy to book and communicate with , Kriz gave me an option to either take my car in or to have them come to me which was very helpful. They left my car looking brand new !
