Save your money, this has to be the worst car wash I’ve ever been. They are too lazy to even vacuum the car, for $30. These photos were taken right after the wash. Just don’t.

They did an awful job on my car. They were busy and rushed everything, so despite paying $25 I had to go home and clean the windows, seats, and dashboard again. I wish the pictures reflected what a poor job they did, but i couldn't get the smudges on the windows to show up. The dashboard literally took 2 minutes to clean- something I would expect done when I pay for a car wash. The owner of this place should be embarrassed by this, but judging by the other reviews I really don't think they care. Avoid- much better car washes available locally.

Worst car wash I have ever gotten. Wasen't even worth the 30 minute drive from my house. Never going back. Prices are good but service is trash.

Went in for an oil change, for starters they did not check my air filter or fill my washer fluid. They sent it through for the free wash where it then came out with a flat tire. Upon looking at it, the machine had completely ripped out my valve stem as well as scratched my rim. My car was also left dirty with soap streaks. Management, as well as workers, were completely useless. When asking a mechanic for a hand with the flat tire, one of them laughed in my face and then drove away even though the place didn’t close for at least another ten minutes. Only one mechanic finally came out and gave me a hand. When I spoke to management about the accident, I was sent back and forth and told to call the next day. After calling the next day I was told to come in with the wheel, where they then told me to call again in the morning for the owner. The next morning comes around and I call, only to be told the owner was away for the weekend, and then management finally telling me that they aren’t liable for the damage that their machines did. If I could give negative stars I would. I will never come back to this wash, and I recommend you go to one of the other washes in the area and avoid this place altogether.

Recently received an oil change here. I was supposed to receive a free car wash with service but the car wash was closed due to a small amount of drizzle they had in the AM. So they gave me a rain check for 10days, came back a week later at 4pm and they said their car wash was closed. I had thought they closed at 5 as their website states, but they said there was rain? I was very confused as there hadn’t been any rain that day. Yea it was cloudy out but not a drop of rain. I was explaining to them that it was very hard for me to get back there AGAIN before my 10days were up, as I’m a single mom of 3- working full time & the owner was VERY RUDE, and just said yeah idk what to tell ya it’s a free wash, just make it back. He was very demeaning & spoke to me as if I was some kindve idiot- but it’s been 2x with barely or NO rain and they just close their doors? Ridiculous. And so unprofessional

You’re better off bringing your car literally anywhere else they charged me $150 for an oil change and a car wash look at how they wash the inside of the car awful job. They left crumbs everywhere and expect to get away with prices like that.

Update: The car was is excellent OLD POST ABOUT REPAIR SHOP: Very disappointed and deceptive car practices. I went for an oil change and their advertised price was 74.99 but when the guy swiped my card he charged me 129.99. U asked why and he claimed that it did not include the oil filter or extra oil needed for my car despite the initial repair man telling me it was only 74.99. The car was was also done poorly. I will never go back there and do not recommend anyone to use this place for any car work unless you want to be ripped off.

Not a single person speaks English or knows what they’re doing here. We’re just trying to tell them to stop drying the car as there was dirt all over it and it was going to scratch the clear coat. They proceeded to hand dry it. This is a car of someone special who died recently and we wanted to take it here and get a good wash. NO ONE LISTENED TO A WORD WE SAID! We didn’t want them to vacuum or hand dry it and just absolutely disrespect and not listening. Even the girl at the front desk was unhelpful.

The least problematic part of this carwash was that the presoak and tire wash both didnt work. The bad part was that the entire bay is filled with ice that nobody cared to shovel or salt and i almost broke my head open when i fell trying to wash my car. I should honestly contact local authorities to have these bays condemned.

If I could give this place 0 star review, I most definitely would. I seriously don’t know where to start. This is by far the absolute worse car wash I have ever had. From the service down to the people who work there. My car was filthy after the car wash. Completely dirty on the inside after paying for extra services as well. When I tried to ask for a supervisor. The rep got aggressive with me , telling me to leave I demanded a manager multiple times before I wrote this review The worker told me to “shut up”. I was met with complete disregard and disrespect and the supervisor never came out to speak with me. This place is a complete rip off. Worse SERVICE EVER!!!! You’re better off washing the car yourself. Do not come here! Definitely don’t recommend! I paid over 33$ I will make sure I let me family and friends know this terrible experience.

I tried to stop for a quick car wash and I spent more time trying not to fall than actually washing my truck. The floor looked like a hockey rink and when trying to select the different options like Tire cleaner, pressure wax, or pressure soap.... nothing but water came out on all options. The more I tried to wash the more slippery the floor became. Definetely not safe to operate this time around.

Terrible Experience – Total Rip-Off This car wash is a complete rip-off. They took my money and gave me one of the worst washes I’ve ever had. The car was still dirty, water spots everywhere, and the vacuum was basically useless. I paid for a service that was clearly not done properly. When you charge customers, the bare minimum is doing the job right. This place does the opposite—they take your money and don’t care about quality or customers at all. When I asked them to clean the car properly, they brought over someone who looked like a manager or the owner. His response was unbelievable. He said he’s not going to “scrape” or properly scrub the car. That says everything about this business. They gladly take your money but refuse to actually do the work. Zero customer service, zero effort, and zero accountability. This place straight-up steals from customers. Never coming back. Avoid at all costs.
