West Lebanon Road. I stopped in for chicken and, just like the other commenter said, overcooked, small, and over salted. The food service people obviously didn't care much about the food or the service. I sent a complaint through their website and received the standard reply. Why bother the regional manager? He or she is the one that allows such disregard and lack of quality.

Because me and my significant other went in and ordered a spicy tender box and the lady literally took the spicy tenders out of the box and replaced them with regular ones and we didn't know until we were already gone.

The restrooms are never cleaned both men and women. Wawa is much cleaner! Get gas here and then if you need to go to the potty might need to go to wawa instead

Rented a EV and need to charge. This place was close and we could grab a bite to eat while we wait The staff was super friendly. The food not so good.

Love their chicken sandwiches. All types. Gas is okay in my car, but I go for the chicken. Grocery and quick items are average cost. Service people are social and competent. I definitely have a yankee accent and was tx'd good, I did not have issue like the Jets guy. May be its the Jets.

The only reason I used this royal farms because the one nearest me is extremely shady at night times. But they only had one person working the entire store. I would give it one star because of the bad management but I gave it two because the lady who made our food and was extremely nice and deserves a raise. Get it together

This is not my favorite Royal Farms. I've had issues in the past with lousy customer service, but what happened tonight is no exception. I was trying to put gas in my car, but the gas pump was pumping out gas really slowly. The men on both sides of me were experiencing the same issue so I know it wasn't just me. Not only that, but the pump never shut off like it's suppose to and got gas all over my car. The man to my left had it even worse because the fire department had to be called to clean up the gallons of gas that spilled from his car. Royal Farms didn't do anything to help him or me. An employee came out and I asked him if he could help me. All he told me was that there were some napkins in the store to clean up my car and that there was a cone at each pump we were at. What cone where? There were no cones. So Royal Farms knew this was an issue but wasn't proactive about coming up with a solution or taking any caution. I should've spoken up to a manager so they could own up to their mistake and make this right. This is not customer service and they need to maintain their pumps so this doesn't happen again.

I stopped here to use the fast charging station for my electric vehicle. Initially, I was unable to use the charging station. I phoned inside for assistance, was told someone would come outside to assist. No one came out to assist.

I never do this because I feel like leaving online reviews is a waste of time generally, but this place was so gross and dirty I just can’t keep quiet about it. I’m not even mad at the Royal Farms chain either because there’s one near my mom’s house in Pennsylvania that I love and it’s 1000 times cleaner than this one. I don’t know who’s in charge at this specific store, but they should be legitimately embarrassed, if not straight up fired. You can go see the dirtiness for yourself if you wanna risk it- but if you do, just have a plan B for where else you’d rather eat when you get there- because you’re gonna wanna go with that plan b. Trust me.

I go there a lot it’s close. However, I would advise everyone to find a different place for a car wash. It’s very poor. I had some huckleberries on my hood, and didn’t even wash them off. Spend your money somewhere else.

Ordered with the app at 6:15 PM. Go to pick it up and there is no chicken for my order nor potatoes wedges. Told it is a 15 minute wait. Associate had to BREAD the chicken, so it didn't sit/marinade at all. Potatoes not ready to drop. Only one fryer up to temp for a dinner rush. Only two associates in the entire site working to help customers getting off work and stopping in for dinner. Hot dog was ready for a half hour though. SMH. *update* it's now 6:45. 30 minute and no food and noone offers ANYTHING.

I June I come in bought gas and a car wash like I do frequently, when I went through the wash the front brushes never touched the car and the top brush stopped halfway back the roof so the roof and the front of the car was still dirty. I spoke with someone who appeared to be in charge she informed me that all she could do was give me another wash code which I was good with, she also said she would get maintenance for it, which I seriously doubt she did because yesterday I came in and bought gas and a wash and the wash is still not working correctly and my car is still dirty the dude i talk to gave me another wash code to a wash that doesn't work maybe i need to find another gas/wash station that does work

Y’all had better check your food before leaving and make sure you have the receipt. Got home last night and opened the container to see this mold!! This is unacceptable!! Edit: I was contacted by this location, and they did some more quality control and are making up for this experience. I am adjusting the rating to reflect this follow up.

Only ever go here if you want a nice good case of food poisoning, Order delivery and never receive your order or refund,be ignored and never receive a call back concerning an issue, never have a question answered because no one knows anything. do yourself a favor and go down the road about 7min more to the dupont hwy location. Always great service! Chicken is fresh juicy and amazing!.

Come on now this is the most pathetic slider ive ever seen... this place is so inconsistent one day youll have a good meal with good service, and few hours later it seems all knowledge in the kitchen and coustomer service just goes to s**t . The worst RF location in Delaware. Horrible service. Don't stop unless you use self checkout otherwise you will be late because of slow, if any, customer service . They only hire uncaring unprofessional unkind associates.
